Marisol was great to work with. She was patient and never made us feel like we were being annoying (which we definitely were 😁). Pricing and service were great. We'll be using them going forward and I highly recommend them.
We have now used VIP 3 times for our vehicles. David has always been top notch from from start to finish with all aspects of sale and vehicle return. I highly recommend David and VIP especially if you don't enjoy going to dealerships and dealing with 5 different people in order to purchase a vehicle. David handed everything over the phone and as usual made it a seamless experience.I also want to recognize Justin who delivered our vehicle. We had to leave for a trip on day vehicle was to be delivered. Justin delivered the vehicle to us even though we were out of state. Justin was very professional and courteous. He explained some of the options on the vehicle that we were not familiar with. I would highly recommend using Justin if you want excellent service for your vehicle delivery.Thanks VIP for a great experience!!
I have been using VIP lease company for more than 10 years for cars for my entire family. I have always dealt with Michael Jeffries, he is fantastic! He works with us getting us the vehicle that we want at the price point we need. They are prompt and professional. Today I received my new vehicle, delivered to my home by Justin. He explained everything to me about the vehicle, and he was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend VIP!
David was very helpful in locating the vehicle I was interested in at a reasonable lease price. The vehicle was delivered within four days of our initial conversation. The vehicle was delivered by Justin, who was extremely knowledgeable of the operation and features included. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend VIP to my friends.
I checked about 6 or 7 dealerships in the city, but none compared to the inventory and prices here. Their staff was extremely polite and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the right car. Mikey was super professional and was not pushing me into any transaction before I was ready to make the decision. Thanks, I am extremely satisfied with my 2021 Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited, and the deal I have got for it.
I leased a 2021 Mazda CX-9 from them. The process was very smooth and easy. Marina took care of all the paperwork and addressed all of my questions in detail. I very much appreciate her help!
Excellent service beyond expected! Mikey and Danny were amazing. They didn't let me down in finding the perfect car for me and getting me approved with the financing, even though my score wasn’t so good. Highly recommend them, and I will never go anywhere else.

This is one of the most uncommunicative company to deal with. I wanted to lease a new vehicle that was advertised on its web site. I provided all the relevant contact info twice within the last two days ( name , phone number, email address) to speak to a salesperson for details on the lease. I never got a response from any one. I just provided the info for a third time (day 3). Is it still in business?
Excellent service from 1st call. Manager Mikey kept me updated, as best he could given the challenging conditions that have prevailed this year. I am indeed happy, as he made leasing a car smooth and found the best deal. Will recommend it to my friends, keep doing great work!
These guys get my recommendation on any day of the week. The Sales Rep Marina was excellent, she took care of the whole process from the sales to the finance approval. Though my credit score isn’t good, she found a way and I got approved. Marina arranged a free next day delivery of my Hyundai Elantra sedan, I am more than satisfied. Truly professionals!

Worst car leasing experience I have ever had! Leased two high end vehicles within a week. We were told the salesman was fired for drugs and all the issues we had would be fixed by the owner. He now ignores phone calls and told one of his employees to tell us to contact the dealer that he got the car from. BEWARE of this business. Horrible experience. Now having to deal with attorneys.
Great experience! I just told Mikey Shemelzman what I was looking for and he was quick to respond and found the right car. And I love it! No BS or annoying sales tactics. They delivered the car right to my house and took my current lease back for me. Definitely will be back!
