I had a good experience with Visionary Book Writers. The team handled my project professionally. There were a few moments where communication could have been quicker, but everything was completed properly. Would rate it 4 stars.

A Full Publishing Solutions Company
I don't know where to begin but I owe Visionary Book Writers a great deal especially after they offered me a cascade of services related to my book I always aspired to finish sooner or later in life. Speaking of my book it was half finished so yeah have the battle was already won except for the fact that it was a half hearted version.I decided to go with the manuscript writing services early on and later added some fine tuning as well. That included help with ghostwriting, followed by editing and proofreading. The formatting process was what really surprised me.After seeing how things were coming together I chose to move forward with full support for the rest of the process, At that point I genuinely felt I had connected with people who knew what they were doing. The book was prepared in different formats so it could reach people in more than one place which gave me confidence that it wouldn't be limited to a single outlet. Beyond that, I received support on PRINT ON DEMAND where part of the cost were covered, which I didn't expect. I was also offered marketing help at a reduced rate and ended up with a fully functional author website to support long term plans. In the end, it felt like more than just publishing a book it felt like setting a foundation for continuing my writing journey.

The problem with VBW is that they are…
The problem with VBW is that they are better at marketing than in delivering on their promises. They acknowledged that they have little success in "algorithm churning" (i.e., use of social media, creating marketing websites, setting up email marketing and so on). They were successful in sending hundreds of press releases but alas, they did not raise any revenue. At one one point, they said that they needed a lot of money to actually print the books that they would distribute and that royalties would be forthcoming in 6 months. Of course, that time has now passed. Calling Daniel Davis, Bryan West, Tasha Hayes, Tyrone Hobbs, or Jennifer Williams is ineffective since there is nothing but voicemail. Their phone numbers 646-914-2379 and 332-248-2244 are valid but they don't matter because there is no answer. What they really want to do is to talk endlessly about their services. After a while, it's all talk and not much success. And of course, I also am skeptical about their reviews. My guess is that someone is creating them.

A Great Experience!
One thing I really noticed about Visionary Book Writers is how organized everything is behind the scenes something most people probably don't see. From formatting to keeping track of timelines, the process felt professional without ever feeling overwhelming. It made publishing feel manageable. The communication was thoughtful not just polite answers. The team followed up at the right points and explained each step clearly which made it easy to stay on top of everything. It's easy to forget how much work goes into publishing until you're part of process and having that support quietly running in the background made a huge difference.I'm giving this service 5 stars because of all the small things that often go unnoticed attention to detail, clarity in instructions, and keeping everything efficiently. The final book came out exactly the way I hoped, and the experience felt thorough, considered, and genuinely supportive.Tayari Jones

THANKS TO DAN!!
When I started publishing process, I didn't fully realise how many small things were involved. It wasn't just about getting the book printed but making sure each step was handled properly. Having Dan Harvey there made a real difference for me he kept things organised and followed up when needed, which helped me stay calm during the process. I liked that I could speak openly and didn't feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. Even when I had doubts or needed clarification, he took the time to explain things in a straightforward way. Seeing my book published the way I imagined it gave me a real sense of relief and satisfaction. I appreciate the effort that went into getting it right..

I had a rough idea of what I wanted to say but couldn't get it down properly. The ghostwriting help filled in the gaps without taking over. It felt more like working things through than holding it off. I ended up with something I was comfortable putting my name on, which was the goal.

5 STARS FOR MAX!
I got my book published with them and overall it went pretty well. Sometimes they didn't answer my calls right away which was a bit annoying but honestly the publishing itself was super fast. Every time I spoke with Max he was really kind and easy to talk to which made the whole process less stressful because of that the late responses didn't feel like a big deal in the end. Big thanks to Max, 5 stars for him.

Visionary Book Writers.
I worked with Visionary Book Writers to get my book published and the experience was fairly straightforward. I didn't feel lost during the process which I appreciated since publishing can be confusing if you're doing it for the first time. The editing helped clean up writing and made it easier to read. Everything came together as expected. Overall it was a good experience.— Indigo Clarke

Be Very Careful
Title: Be cautious working with Author Success Publishing / Visionary Book WritersI worked with Author Success Publishing for over a year before their apparent acquisition by Visionary Book Writers. In my experience, communication was inconsistent and the promised services were never fully delivered. After the transition, Visionary Book Writers reached out asking me to create a video about my experience. However, given my limited and unsatisfactory interactions, I didn’t feel comfortable doing so.Authors should know that both companies use strong sales tactics and promote costly “publishing or marketing packages” that may not produce meaningful results. In my opinion, they operate more like a vanity press than a legitimate publishing house.I suggest anyone considering these services to carefully read the contract, verify what you’re paying for, and research reviews before committing funds.I’m sharing this information so that other writers can make informed decisions.

I've paid $32,000 in various fees
I've paid $32,000 in various fees. There was the issue in social media marketing that required setting up a website, three different social media sites, sending out hundreds of press releases and so on. My website designer friend provided a SEO report that pretty much said that the website design was inept. That was pretty much shown in the traffic that came to the site. Then, there was the editing. The first editor did little more line editing. The next editor said that he was taking charge of the project. At that point, I was given the finished book, but half of it was missing. This was the product that they were going to send out to market with my name on it! At this point, VBW has been unable to keep their promises, has not shown technical skills, demonstrated few editing skills, and asked for more money to "put the book on Times Square." "Jennifer" called and said that there were some problems with "distributors" and that problems on their end would delay the royalties promised for Febuary 2026. My guess is that I will not receive any royalties because of vague problems.

Stay Far Away: Visionary Book Writers - A Scam to Avoid at All Costsible experience with…
I had a really terrible experience with Visionary Book Writers. Let me tell you, this company is an absolute scam. I signed up for a 3-month package with them, hoping to sell a thousand copies of my book. But guess what? In those three months, they only managed to sell one copy. Not only did they not deliver on most of their promises, but the quality of the work they did provide was shoddy and amateurish. And let me warn you, they will try to upsell you on extra services, but don't fall for it. It's all smoke and mirrors – everything they promise is a flat-out lie. To make matters worse, the people you interact with there are using fake names. And get this, their address in Florida is just a PO box; they operate under a different name, The Writers Tree, with an address in New York. Talk about shady business practices, right? When my agreement ended and I asked for a refund, they basically laughed in my face. That's when I knew I had to take action. I filed a small claims charge against them for their criminal behavior. So, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Visionary Book Writers. This whole operation is a scam, and you'll save yourself a lot of trouble by avoiding them like the plague.Since I do not see the way to leave my reply to the reply of the Visionary book artist they've sent me below, I will do it like this: Visionary book writers,I DID write you and call you many times asking for my refund as stated in our Agreement, which you refused to fullfill, I DID call you and you lied over and over how you will issue me a refund ,which never happend,I DID try everything before I wrote my review, but the truth is you are a SCAM company and you should be all in jail for frauds you are committing. My next step is to put you in court. As I see here there are several people that share their bad experiences with you,and their experiences sound so familiar to me.You are criminals.
