We bought a welding gun from them, it caught fire in the first 60 days we fixed it as the wires were touching then it kept acting up and customer service is a joke said a tech would call me back never did they reach out so we bought a new gun from miller as we know it will last years their crap doesnt last a year so you save nothing buying from them
Ordered hypertherm cutting tips . They sell off brand consumables but the description says hypertherm with the part # . I call to return reply "We can do a return, however, there is a 15% re-stocking fee." i understand restocking fees if i decided i did not want what i ordered but not on cheap generic brand parts i did not order.
Placed an order with multiple items. Site said all items in stock. Three days later I get an email some items are not in stock. They could send what they had and back order the other parts. I would have to pay the shipping twice. Or they could hold what I ordered and ship everything at once. This happens all to often. Websites lie about what they have so not to lose a sale and then ask for forgiveness. My response was cancel the order and write down the name of the website so I remember to never go there again
