Record what your opening from this store for your own sake
I bought a welding machine cables a cover and supposed to get two(2) whips made a ground and an electrode. My machine I purchased was a Lincoln 330. I was sent everything except my electrode whip now it’s a case of the runaround saying it was delivered. I should have just went to a local shop and taken care of buisness not dealt with this. I recommend videoing your unboxing of packages sent from this store as proof that their secondhand shipping from other stores isn’t worth a damn. Communication was good but customer service has lacked

Didn’t deliver after 3 months of a nightmare. Classic bait and switch which is in clear violation of Colorado consumer protection laws. Weldingmart received payment on 2.17.2021. They were directed to ship plasma cutter cables and all accessories to my home address as those were manageable packages. Never delivered the product. They were provided a address to deliver the welder to to unload with a forklift about 2 weeks after the sale. They claim to have never gotten such direction conveniently even though I texted Dan cossel on his cell and talked directly to him and sent a email. Had to get the finance company involved to un wind the deal as this bunch of clowns held onto the money yet never delivered the product. The bait and switch came in this sentence, “Since that time Lincoln Electric has had numerous additional price increases. That increased this order by an additional $1028.71. They are also experiencing machine delays due to supply chain shortages, so we can be looking at a 2-4 week time line to ship machines. Cables are at 3 weeks right now.” Funny how a company got paid for a product they should have reserved in inventory yet 3 months later you see the switch after they never delivered. Stay clear very clear of this complete bunch of clowns. Don’t take my word read the multiple reviews of others talking about how this company can’t deliver the product. Please save yourself the headache and steer far from this pack of thief’s. They do nothing wrong at all. It took 3 months to rid myself of their business tactics that “factually” I had to unwind because they didn’t deliver what they had promised as promised. As anyone can see from the response, this is the level of customer service you will receive. It’s all your fault we didn’t deliver. Just read the negative reviews on this clown car firm. Spend money elsewhere. And they just keep adding to the response. Absolutely there is nothing nice to say about this company however they are not truthful about threats. I was told multiple times by Jason and Dan to f-myself and more disparaging remarks by them. Again just read the reviews of their sub-par delivery and customer service.

Had a lot of issues receiving what was ordered but it was ultimately the fault of their vendor and not Weldmart.Weldmart held their part of the bargain and helped make sure we got what we ordered and dealt with the vendor for us.Blackjack stands ultimately messed it all up but even they eventually drove out and replaced the stand they mistakenly sent us as well.

Where I was getting seriously frustrated trying to locate and easily purchase a broken Lincoln welder switch was extremely frustrating and stress builder.Instead of having to journey to multiple weldiing supply part counters, then spend time convincing the counter clerk which part I needed ordered; Welding mart made it easy to find, identify and order the desperately need A-B-C switch.Weldingmart shipped my order very quickly, in a well packed box.I will gladly trust and order from Weldingmart again.

Online ordering was fast and easy
Online ordering was fast and easy. I received notification within minutes of placing order. Shipping was fast as I received my welder across the US within eight (8) days of order. It was delivered well packaged on pallet.

2 items 4 days to ship
I ordered two items that weigh just over a pound on 4/14 than got my shipping confirmation on 4/19 with an expected delivery date on 4/24. Ten days for this little order? I kind of remember this happening last time. I even left a voicemail detailing my concerns than never got a call back. Maybe they call you back in five days also.
