A typical workday is from 7:30am-4:30, with a 30 minute lunch break to be completed by 12:45 with another colleague. No positive feedback ever - only negative feedback in the moment. Pro: 2 weeks of paid vacation a year, good salary, and free lunch the last day of the month. Cons: Only 2 employees are kind and helpful. Basic workplace decency needs to be enforced, no matter how long an employee has been there. Owner will let long-term employee restrict your responsibilities and treat you however he/she wants. He doesn't care about this person's verbal abuse to new hires, and the toxic environment that this person creates. Owner won't answer work questions. Claimed he said main employee was "difficult to work with" in the interview, but he did not. If he did, I would never have taken the job.
