I had to contact you all because I had placed an order on Friday 2/6 that I was billed for but it never showed in my orders and there was no status of the order ever being place. The rep I communicated with via email was very helpful and answered all of my questions! Hang on to Lupe! She is awesome!
I entered the wrong ship to address on my recent order and immediately contacted customer service. Lupe responded so quickly and was so helpful the order has been taken care of!great customer service.!!!
Disappointed with my experience. The website was confusing, customer support was slow to respond, and the order took much longer than promised. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
thought I got a great deal when I bought this on Groupon, but then they charged me $55 for shipping when I went to their website. So I paid $120 for 20 bottles, which still wasn't bad. But I never got my stuff. They said when my order was delivered, I wasn't home, so it got sent back to them and was also damaged. My only option was to pay another shipping fee to get it sent back. Then they said I could get a refund, but they'd take out $82, which made no sense. Then they got back to me and said sorry, they couldn't refund me, and I'd have to contact Groupon. I did reach out to Groupon, but they couldn't give me a refund because my voucher was already used.
You sent me three cases of wine when I ordered only one! But we compromised and settled things amicably. Thank you for that.
It was very easy to order from the site. I missed the place where I was to insert the shipping address. I contacted them & they changed the shipping address. Lupe helped me out & all is well.
Would give zero stars if I could. I had asked why it was taking so long to get my order shipped after spending $40 and Nick was very unprofessional and called me a clown. Very unprofessional never got my order but I got my refund by disputing do not recommend as they will call you names and instigate when you have a complaint about shipping or anything about their poor work and shitty website.
I have ordered from Wine on Sale 10 times over the past 4 years. I have told friends and family about them because I have been satisfied with the wine selections. (I typically order a case every 5-6 months). When I called customer service to explain that I did not need or want another 15 bottles of wine 4 weeks after I bought 15 bottles I was treated with a hostile tone from Tiffany. She told me that I have to accept the wine or pay to have it returned. They have a new policy that subscribes customers automatically to a monthly order. I was basically told to suck it up! I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are better deals out there.
FedEx damaged the package at their warehouse. Had to pay a $40 reshipment fee to get the product resent. Customer service was NO HELP. They will not file a claim, nor will they help me do that. Their policy states three delivery attempts. Tried to get the package rerouted after 1st and 2nd attempt, but then it got damaged.
This merchant is a sham. Do not under any circumstances order from this merchant or try to use a Groupon with them. They sent my merchandise, which was returned because no one was home to sign for the package. They refused to resend the package unless I paid another $40 and refused to issue a credit or contact Groupon for me. Their customer service is horrendous and you will lose money if you try to order through them.

Please don't order from them. When I did not get my order, they refused to give me a full refund. They only offered to refund $13.00 of about an $80.00 order. When I pointed out that their website offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they said that it was not really for customer satisfaction, but only for the wine which I did not get.
First off, I didn't get the advertised 10% new customer discount until I asked for it. Next, I was charged for the order on 10/23/25 yet here on 10/27/25 it still hasn't been filled nor shipped. Perhaps it never will be and this entire site is a ruse?

This is the second time I’ve bought wine from wine on sale.com. I have been very satisfied with the wines been delicious. I also had an issue with one of the bottles this time leaking no problem. They sent me a replacement bottle of wine and everything was good. I recommend buying on sale to anyone. The wine is great and the customer service is very good.

I made an error when ordering. I thought my Groupon coupon was excepted. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I was charged the full amount. With Lupe’s help, the issue was resolved. The customer service provided was exceptional. If all of your customer service employees are like Lupe, it is a tribute all of them and your company.
