I took a chocolate-making class a few years ago. The teacher who owns a fine chocolates store recommended using Coucher du Soleil chocolate for an outstanding result! World Wide Chocolate is great and stocks this in several sizes. I love using this product as my finished chocolates are divine and gorgeous! The shipping time from across the U.S. was very speedy. Customer service was kind and helpful, as well!
Rob was tremendous. Chocolates arrived PERFECT. Superb communication. Super helpful company and they've been in business for a good while. I'll definitely continue to use them!
They sent a package of chocolate bars that arrived with ants crawling all over it. Suffice it to say, the box had to be thrown out. They wouldn't even entertain a refund, instead pointing to a blurry picture where you couldn't even see the markings on the package, let alone make out if there were any ants on it. Like, hello! I opened it and found ants! When I brought this to their attention, they offered a coupon but no refund. So to get any recompense at all, I had to pay even more for their poorly packaged products, which may or may not show up inedible and crawling with ants. Never again.
They send out short dated chocolates that will expire in 2 months and told me its still good after the expiration.
EXCELLENT Customer Service! I ordered the wrong product by mistake. Sarah Quickly responded to my questions and supplied some much-needed info in order for me to make another selection and canceled the first order. I ordered a Product that was much better for me and my health issue.Thank you SARAH for your Excellent Customer Service!! A True Asset to this Company. THIS.....this is what makes companies successful and keeps them in Business for as long as they want to be in Business. Old-fashioned Customer Service.... the way it Used to Be! Quick Response....educate and take care of things in a Professional Manner. I will return to buy again!
I was looking online for a cheap website to order a specific brand of chocolate that isn't typically sold in the US; Guylian. I found this website via the seller's eBay listings, and decided to order directly from the website. The transaction went well, and the seller (or one of the sellers) even took the time to email me regarding my order.Needless to say, the person I gave the chocolates to was immensely elated and because of that, I was too. Thank you, WWC!
