If I could give it 0 stars I would. The course is terrible. Many of the questions on the exam and quizes do not reflect the information presented in the material. It is extremely hard to pass an exam. You get 2 attempts and then are permanently locked out and have to repurchase the course. I believe they do that on purpose to get more money from you. I fortunately found it out on first exam I took and so only had a few hours invested in this horrible experience. DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Course was not correct
Your course that was advertised did, in fact, not work for my licensing requirement. I reached out to customer service for assistance and no one ever got back to me. I am still very upset and disappointed about this. Never a refund, never an explanation, nothing.

Customer service/support is…
Customer service/support is non-existent. I paid for the alcohol training course twice, as it was preferred by one of my gig employers. The gig employer (delivery) stated my 360training certificate of completion is invalid because it is missing key information. I emailed customer service several times and never got a response. I wasted $50 and valuable time.

The information was clearly presented and illustrated in the videos. My only issue would be to state is that i have yet to receive the OSHA card, in which case i would have given a 5 star review.
