We purchased an ice maker last year and it worked wonderfully... for just one season. When we tried it again this year, no ice. We contacted customer service and they deserve 5 stars for great, fast customer service. They are sending out a replacement. However, we would not rate the product the same as it only lasted a few months of use and we had to pay for return shipping. Hopefully this new unit will have more years to it.
I ordered a portable ice maker from these guys and there was a mix-up on the order where I didn't get the order nor did I get anything from them explaining what was going on. I contacted them via email and they responded relatively quickly and asked that I call them to resolve the issue. At this point I was quite unhappy with how things were going, hence the removal of a star from the rating.I spoke with Christine in customer service who is the reason they get 4 stars instead of 1 or 2. She quickly looked into it and offered the same model in a different color, which wasn't a big issue for me. I would give her 5 stars and whomever handled my order up to that point no stars.
Purchased ice maker for my outside bar 2 years ago ....makes perfect fast ice....this year when I turned it in the fill water sensor stopped working...called customer serve....no wait time, live personable representative that knew the product and is shipping me the part with step by step instructions.....you never see that type of customer service anymore.....Love it
Unfortunately my Eco Spin has got a small issue after several months of using but fortunately it was still under warranty. I emailed the customer service with a picture of the damage and they promptly replied. Robert was an excellent representative. He took care of my return and replacement immediately and made the entire process a breeze. I feel confident that I will continue to enjoy using their product under such an exceptional customer service.

I contacted customer service and was promptly replied to by Robert with a solution. Really happy to see this level of efficiency and customer service! HE did everything possible for us to replace our unit and keep our school with ice machine all the time , what is supper important for our school and kids .This is the best place to do shopping plus Robert is the best person to provide excellent customer service .

My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.
