Working as a parcel sorter through a night shift. Supervisors are aggressive and one even asked me if they scared me. This place employs certain groups who show bias and racial harassment. They tell you to leave and you are left stranded in an area with no transportThey prefer to employ immigrants on zero contracts who ask no questions.I was even told that many didn't have the right to even work in UK.
Avoid Addresspal service at all costs. They overvalued my item to almost four times what it is worth meaning that I had to pay customs charges more than you paid for the item in the first place, plus another hidden an post processing few for the privilege. Once item arrived three weeks late after paying extortionate charges to release my item as customer service giving me little other option, it arrived broken! Requested reimbursement for the damaged item and it was refused on the grounds that the packaging that they themselves had used to re-pack my item was not suitable (unclear why they did this in first place, I presume customs valuation). Absolutely unbelievable!!! Avoid this service at all costs.
Still no sign of my item after arriving into the An Post/Addresspal/Air Business Ltd Hatfield depot 31/12/2020. Arrived in Dublin Parcel Hub 09/01/202 after receiving overvalued An Post Customs Vat Charge on 08/01/2021. Paid said An Post overvalued Customs Vat Charge on 12/01/2021 plus €3.50 An Post Vat collection charge on top of the €6.50 An Post/Addresspal home delivery charge(should have been €3.95 to my Post Office) and still hasn't been delivered to my home after a month and now my parcel is nowhere to be seen up in Dublin as the tracking simply says "We have your delivery in". "Money for old rope" as An Post would say. P_ss takers more like! Do not use this service unless you have to as it could cost you more than you think and a lot of hassle getting your item delivered to your home address.
