ORDINE EFFETTUATO IL 05/03/18CODICE ORDINE: OSZFMPMWXPrima volta che ordino su questo sito attirato dal buon prezzo di un sistema di eliminazione del foro per antenne auto che ho acquistato insieme a un kit aggiuntivo di guarnizioni. La spedizione parte dalla Grecia. Quando ho effettuato l'ordine mi hanno contattato per sapere se l'indirizzo era giusto (cosa mai fatta da nessun altro venditore in questi anni di shopping online).Mi hanno fornito un codice di tracking errato, il pacco è arrivato leggermente in ritardo rispetto ai soliti tempi di consegna internazionali europei e l'imballaggio di protezione non era sufficiente. Infatti il materiale è arrivato leggermente danneggiato. Ho fatto notare tutti questi problemi al venditore tramite mail ma non ho ricevuto risposta. The expedition starts from Greece. When I placed the order, they contacted me to find out if the address was right (something made by no other seller in these years of online shopping).They gave me an incorrect tracking code, the package arrived slightly behind the usual European delivery times and the packaging was not sufficient. In fact the material arrived slightly damaged. I pointed out all these problems to the seller via email but I have not received an answer. I will not buy from them again.UPDATE: after writing this review the seller has decided to start the full refund procedure.
