I’ve been building custom PC loops for years, and this was hands-down the worst shipping experience I’ve had. Alphacool slapped the wrong delivery address on my package, misclassified half the items with inflated HTS codes, and now I’m staring down a $180+ duty bill for parts that should’ve been duty-free. Coolant coded as industrial chemicals. Acrylic distro plates treated like ceramic kitchenware. Tubing billed as generic plastic. Either they don’t understand Canadian customs or they don’t care — and I’m the one paying for it. UPS cleared the package before I could intervene, and Alphacool’s documentation was a mess. No proactive support, no accountability, no effort to fix their screw-up. If you’re in Canada, brace yourself for customs hell. Never again. I’ll source locally or from vendors who know how to ship internationally without torching their customers on import fees.

Had a rare issue with my AIO, was a bit scary at first seeing some comments. But in the end the guy handling my case was a great and he sent me everything to fix it + spare parts I did not ask (They had no obligation to send me) free of charge and in less than a week.

After making payment and when in stock items were dispatched from leaving their property and me receiving was within three days. As for the products you can't complain.

10/10 Perfect service!Not only is their product really good, but also their service. Their forums is really usefull, with great people behind it. My pump died, so they contacted me the day after to send a new pump unit. Their shipment is also quick with UPS with 1-2 days from germany. I'm very satisfied, and can recommend alphacool to everyone. Other companys can learn from this.

I was sent me a returned / B-product in error, posted on their rma forum, got an almost instant reply/sincere apology, replacement item sent out immediately via fastest shipping possible and got a free large (very good quality) mousemat as a surprise in the box too :) Mistakes do sometimes happen, it's how a company deals with one that is important, for that Alphacool get five stars.

Amazing quality
Their 60 mm radiator has helped immensely during this summer. The ports are situated in the perfect spots and the quality of their product is amazing! I have some XSPC radiators and although their quality is alright, they're certainly no match for Alphacool. The screws for the radiator leave a little to be desired, as they won't match many aesthetics but they're of good quality as well. Not sure other screws will work, due to the thread count? Only tried 1 different screw and it wouldn't budge and also comes with 2 sets, for different thickness fans which was a clever touch!Also their radiator has this shield over the fins, so you don't push any screws too far. Very well thought out and very much worth the premium
