UNHYGIENIC & STAFF UNRESPONSIVE - dead rat, smashed glass, unclean basement "apartment", uneaten food left everywhere

Do not stay here! The worst I've ever experienced! Unresponsive, unhygienic with a dead rat on the doorstep, smashed glass and uneaten food everywhere and SEAMEN STAINS!! Hard stains in bath, no clean bedding - made my guests ill. Providers haven't given me a full refund and compensation, refused to return my deposit after endless back and forth contact with Booking.com. I have now had to get a lawyer involved. The most disgraceful experience, please do not waste your money here.

I booked a reservation with this…

I booked a reservation with this apartment. Paid a really expensive deposit send me self check in with instructions on there that weren't actually how it appears when you get there.To then tried to call them and email them and no response. Waited over 2 and half hours waiting for someone to get in touch with me and never didThen having to decide in the end to cancel the reservation and the booking.com agent said that I will receive the refund stay with a friend much further away than intended. To then discover an email few hours later saying that I damage the property and smoke cigarettes and police are gathering evidence in the room and I don't even smoke cigarettesThey are not refunding my deposit for thr damages that I NEVER even done in a room that I have NEVER even seen I asked for cctv footage of evidence of me entering the property. Still not had a reply I have requested for a subject Access request and they have one month to respond before I go to ICO.I am get legal advice at the moment about this. This is not going to left. This is just damn right pure THEFT. Booking.com have been pretty useless in all this and just favour the client that doesn't even answer their phone. I mean that just screams dodgy and leave the customer with a financial loss and extremely dissatisfied

Poor Customer Service

Don't understand why they would allow you to book an hotel, take your deposit immediately and use an automated service to tell you how you will get your deposit back, tried to ask questions but got no response and still haven't got back deposit! it's been over a week with no service, it shouldn't take this long to get a deposit that costed 5x the amount of the stay. Very Poor
