Excellent service. No problem getting hold of ian. What a very polite and friendly man. Phoned up to enquire about a atv. Ian was out his wife took message. Ian called back asked me what I was interested in. Ian advice was exceptional. Arranged a visit baught and collected. Very happy would recommend.
Ignorant fool, rang as others have and a women answers the phone and says he will call back. Ian does not call back so rang again and Ian answered as per eBay advert Ian has open to offers on his advert so i make him a bid on eBay and over the phone Nothing, then he does not respond to calls emails or txt messages and to be honest i would have given him his asking price but refuse to deal with ignorant people. Seems to be a problem people have with Ian and his attitude towards customers i truly believe he does not have the stock in available for sale there is no other reason i can come with anyway. Goodbye Ian !
Had the same same problem as Keith. Rang a couple of times ,a woman answered the phone, took lots of details from me and no one bothered to call back.Poor way to run a business .
Not the best experience in the world by a long way.Messages, texts, emails all ignored.Advertises on eBay with "best offer" facility because we all know we like to haggle a little but when you stick a best offer in then that is ignored too.I was in the market to spend up to £4000 on an ATV and put an offer in on one of his. Id probably have bought it even if he said no because it was what I was after but I wont deal with someone who ignores potential customers.Imagine if I had a problem with it at some point.
