If I could rank this a negative star I…
If I could rank this a negative star I would. Took over a dealership never used auto check before noticed some discrepancies between auto check and Carfax, which are rather annoying stuff would be missed on auto check but not the end of the world. They’ll only allow a certain amount of people on your account, which is extra annoying. Then God forbid you have an issue where someone tries to type in a password incorrectly and you get logged out. I have spent over three hours of my day today trying to get into our account and all of the passwords that they keep sending us do not work not a single person can speak English. All they do is keep repeating themselves and keep telling me that internally. It says that it’s working well I’m telling you right now. It says password is invalid even when I copy and paste and even when I type in the new passwords auto check is a freaking joke.

Report was bad. Wouldn't refund me either.
their report was nothing compared to Carfax. I tried to get refund and they brushed me off on every email I sent.

Autocheck falsifies vehicle condition
Autocheck has listed in Vehicle History at a Glance section that my vehicle had "Severe" structural damage. The source was an auto auction claim. When looking at the details on the date listed for the "Severe" structural damage in the auto auction line, the details stated: Auction Announced as Structural Damage. There was no information in the details regarding the level of damage.Autocheck listed (the probable cause) an accident prior to the auction report damage as "Unknown"Thanks to CarFax I was able to obtain a report from the collision center that had repaired the car for the previous owner. The structural damage was a radiator support. When I asked Autocheck to change the status of the auction report to "Unknown" reflecting the fact that the auction center only listed a detail that the vehicle had structural damage without mentioning severity I was told I needed to look at the AutoCheck Terms and Conditions, and that I needed to subpoena their legal department if I wanted them to change the report. If you look at their AutoCheck Terms and Conditions you will find out in Section 8 that they state: NEITHER EXPERIAN NOR ITS DATA SOURCES ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN ANY INFORMATION OR DATA SET FORTH IN OR/ OMITTED FROM ANY REPORT. EXPERIAN PROVIDES THE REPORTS TO YOU "AS IS"Don't waste your time with Autocheck and don't just trust my review, read the Better Business Bureau reviews that show omissions and false inclusions in their report have caused buyers and sellers thousands of dollars.

Incorrect information, misleading information
Auto Check produced a report for a vehicle that had 1-minor accident occurring. Well upon getting a Car Fax report, the vehicle actually has had 3- accidents in a 3-year period and 1 of the accidents was anything but minor. The data provided by Auto Check was incorrect and when I contacted Auto Check customer service, they treated it as no big deal and would not consider a refund.

PLEASE stop using Autocheck
Autocheck is the worst. Buyers, PLEASE stop using it as a reference! I’m trying to sell my car and they say that the car has 40,000 miles on it, while it actually has about 5k less than that. Where did they get 40,000 from? No idea but they’re painfully slow at updating their confidently-incorrect information. Just the worst. Red tape at its finest :’) Carfax is the gold standard for a reason. They get their data from service trips so the mileage is much more accurate.

They are using police speculation in…
They are using police speculation in the vehicle damage report, not true damage reported by the auto repair shop. A police officer with no experience, knowledge, or licensing should not be allowed to determine the level of damage after an accident, yet Autocheck swears that information to be true. Only trust Carfax as they use the actual repair shop report to determine the correct damage.

Horrible Report - I've been ripped off
paid $29.99 + tax, received a very abbreviated report that was "current" 40,000 miles ago and thru 2018. Was unable to print from my PC (Win 7 Pro) or from my more modern phone, a Samsung S22. I print routinely from both of these. As others state, its very abbreviated. My potential car buyers will learn nothing about my car or its history from this. May warrant an email to the WA State Attorney Generals office to complain.

Autocheck is a scam
Autocheck is a scam. Save your money and get Carfax instead, do not spend your money on Autocheck. Autocheck provides incomplete/inconclusive data on vehicle history. Their policy statement reads that their reports may be incomplete, and that it's still not their fault. Autocheck is a scheme and I am not sure as to why they are allowed to operate as a business, knowing they charge customers and not give the customers what they paid for. It's despicable!

I can't believe I just paid $29.99 for…
I can't believe I just paid $29.99 for this Auto check report! I literally got a half page of one-lined data, absolutely zero details, and nothing in the past 10,000 miles was even on it yet.All of this plus full details were on the Carfax. I find it hard to believe AutoCheck is even considered a "competitor" of Carfax, I am extremely disappointed. This report should come NO more than maybe $9.99 if you just want to know the very basics. If you're looking for actual details, don't waste your money!!

Approach with caution
Approach with caution. Good quality check but triggered by an employee posing as a potential purchaser of my vehicle. Wanted thus check done and only by these. Wouldn't accept other and then disappeared once done. Suspicious!

Much worse than Carfax
Was hoping to get all the same information as Carfax for less money. Paid for the service but then learned they don't have service records, which Carfax does. Asked for my money back and they told me to pound sand. This is the next best thing.

AutoCheck report says my car was never…
AutoCheck report says my car was never in an accident. Based my purchase on that. Just received a CarFax report on this same car and it says that it had been in 2 accidents prior to my purchase. Don't trust Autocheck!!
