Avoid the pet plan - push for a service that your pet does not need, really unclear & rigid pricing, the service may be cancelled unknow to you but the charge is a certainty. On top and sadly they also have poor customer issues handling on the back of that. This is really sad that it actually distract from the quality of animal care.
