I was out of town, wanted to send flowers to my wife for Valentine's Day. The Bouqs timely delivered to our hotel beautiful roses that my wife has brought to our home when we returned. The quality of the flowers was excellent, they have lasted 10 days.
I a next-day reply for sevice. It was a bit of a challenge to locate the bouquet I was searching for. That was not from a lack of selection--which was overwhelming--but only how the selection was organized.
Easy to order and able to make a quick delivery! Plus,I took advantage of the new-customer discount. Very happy!
I ordered a bouquet with 24 mixed blooms. They delivered a bouquet with half of the flowers. The color of the flowers was nice, but I did not get what I ordered. I sent an email detailing the problem and I have not yet received a response. I will update this rating if I get a response.
The ordering and delivery went smooth. I just wish I could see the actual bouquet that was delivered. Having that included on the delivery confirmation would be excellent.

We live in Wyoming and fresh flowers that don’t die 2 days later are hard to come by. Bouqs has been amazing, flowers last almost a month and are always so beautiful. We receive them at our home and business monthly now.
The valentines day flowers I ordered arrived 2/15 at 7 PM!
Flowers were delivered to wrong address and weren't able to be retrieved for a full day and were left out in freezing temperatures.
It depends on your zip code. I realize my bouquet was lovely when I received a delivery in one area on the same day as I sent a bouquet to another. The pickings varied widely. I will see what next month brings. Not sure if I will stay subscribed if it happens again but I love the idea of a subscription for what we love.
Order never arrived. It was supposed to arrive on Valentine's Day. How embarrassing.
