Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. First they delivered the product we ordered six months late, then spilled oil all over our driveway and despite saying they would come and clear it up and fix the driveway, we have had almost four months of excuse after excuse and not even a sorry. James is extremely rude. It's been a massive inconvenience as well as a danger to our dogs and children, plus bad for the environment and now we have to find someone else to clear it up at our expense. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

We used this concrete supplier for our commercial contact
We used this concrete supplier for our commercial jobs at one of our theme park contracts this mix was meant to be a c30 mix, it came out the mixer looking very brown in colour! We carried on having the mix as we appreciate some mixes look browner than others due to redness in sand! This mix was a nightmare! It did not go off after 7 hours and could not float at all and ended up puddling water all over the surface of the mix all day as concerte specialists we suspect this could be from no plasticiser or a blended fly ash mix or even experimenting with retardants but honestly this is the worst mix that we’ve had in years and has made us all look like a bunch of fools, And lost us allot of future work! We will personally never use this company again!

Extremely poor, not recommended
Took five weeks for delivery to arrive, website states 3-5 days, sent wrong order, failed to deliver on promises to replace. Raised a formal complaint, not acknowledged, requested resolution to issue within 14 days, ignored. Extremely disappointed, ordering from another supplier, looking like legal action will be needed to obtain refund.
