Useless customer service
Useless customer service. Asked for a drawing with measurements, for a surface mounted basin so I could determine how big of a cut out it would need in the worktop - advised they don’t have drawings for their basins. Asked if they could tell me what cut out was required in a worktop and whether the basin was flat underneath and was advised that I needed a 35mm cut out - which is obviously not even big enough for a waste pipe…laughable. Make some simple technical drawings available like all your competitors do and avoid these simple issues. Off to buy a different brand who has some specs.
