This company has no stability and just recruits people on-the-go. This means that it depends on projects if there will be additional employees, and the employees do not have any long-term relationship with the company. This results in lack of training and opportunity for advancement. This also makes the work environment terrible due to lack of stability.
I contacted their customer support for a proposal on a project we were working on. It took them more than a week to get back to me. I was so frustrated and had already started looking for other options.
