Unprofessional and total disappointment
Contacted Billy from Busy Bee Landscapes for a landscaping work at my house backyard. We agreed on the price and he even visited twice to plan the work. We decided the date of commencement of work for end of April 2025. One week before the date of scheduled work, when I checked, he said that he won't be able to take up the work due to ongoing commitments. The date was initially decided almost 45 days before. He didn't have the decency to let me know in the first hand. Totally unprofessional and utterly disappointed. Would not recommend them for any work at all. I would've given -5 (negative 5) rating if there was one!
