Had them replace two front tire sensors. After sitting there for five hours they told me it was done and ready to go. I checked the status of the sensors and they were not registering. Only one tire was registering. They tried to tell me that they use Bosch sensors so don’t register with the car computer. Charged me for the sensors. Told me to bring the vehicle back and leave it and they will try and fix but will have to charge me labor.

I have bought many vehicles from this company (Car Sure) and every time the service & support was fantastic. One of the vehicles did have a fault , however this was dealt with & resolved without any hesitation & no extra cost. My wife's vehicle has also recently just broken down (not a vehicle from Car Sure) i was supported by the AA, who followed me to Car Sure the same night. However i asked for Car Sure to repair this ( starter Motor) This was done within a few hours at a very good cost rate. Again the service and support was on another level, i personally will not use any other car dealer or garage now from the experience that i have received over the years from Car Sure.Thank you Kev & Team, keep up the good work, can't thank you guys enough.

Unfortunately I bought a car from Carsure in Maltby Rotherham, back in April 2024, since having the car wasn’t any issues for 2 & a half months, till it then started going into limp mode, took it back for them to sort & apparently my DPF filter clogged up due to short journeys that I take, so they changed it for me. Which I accepted and took advise on doing more long journeys on the motorway to avoid the car going back into limp mode. Also during that time they wanted to drive my car around to run out the fuel, as they also thought it was “ watered down fuel” that could’ve caused the limp mode, they said they would fill my car back up for me before I collected it , as my tank was full at the time of drop off, but they never did! So I lost £40 during the time they had it. 3 weeks on and the car went back in again “ due to limp mode” apparently got seen too again, but couldn’t find what else was wrong, as the car “ drives fine “ couldn’t find any present codes to work with, both times they had my car they had it for a long period of time so I was left without a car for over a week each time! So since my car returned on 27/07/24 again the car has been driving fine but I took it further & went to a Vauxhall dealer to get my car checked to make sure it was road worthy, also to have my mind put at ease , unfortunately with some bad news from the dealer they’ve found my exhaust in such a state!! My exhaust is not only leaking but also smoking, due to caresure failing to “ spot “ this! , since CarSure had my car during those times they had it they “ failed “ to see this! Not sure how they didn’t see it when there’s connections with the exhaust and the DPF filter to say they’ve “ changed my DPF filter” but instead they’ve left not just me but also my young children unsafe in a faulty car!! So after getting all upset yesterday over this problem I then contacted CarSure yet again about the issue asking them to sort what they’ve ignored, they’ve now decided to ignore my concerns!! Unfortunately for myself I bought this car on finance and now stuck with it till it’s paid off, I don’t recommend this company for buying a car because all they’ve done is either ignore me or completely mug me off! Not happy at all!! They don’t even deserve one star.

High pressure sales with elderly parents
High pressure sales with elderly parents (My father has dementia). Misleading information about cancellation when I called. Said phone call request completed cancellation and that the policy was now cancelled but that the email instruction to be sent were just to make sure we got the pro-rated refund. The email has no confirmation of the call or the cancellation request that we made over the phone that we were told was enough to cancel the coverage. Per the email in order to complete the cancellation, my elderly parents now have to get an odometer statement NOTARIZED, and MAIL it in. It all seems deliberately difficult and designed to discourage cancellation. I will be blocking any further payments with their bank as I did not get a confirmation of cancellation and I do not trust they won’t be billed until this “very difficult to complete” cancellation has taken an extended time for the company to process. Also my parents made no claims and did not understand what they were purchasing. I will also be filing a BBB complaint and requesting a full refund of the $1500 already gotten from them using dubious sales and billing measures. Feels like another in a long list of companies trying to take advantage of my elderly parents.

Faulty coverage!!!
So I have a powertrain plus contract coverage on my ford f150....the ignition coils are starting to break down causing my truck to act like the transmission is falling out...under this contract, everything that has to do with the ignition are covered except the coils...the most expensive part of the ignition system...I've paid $185 per month for 18 months on a powertrain plus contract that is absolutely no good...its costing me almost $1000 to have this fixed...what the hell did I pay for!?!....I'm beyond mad!!!...I do not recomend this service!!!

I phoned today and spoke to Michelle to advise that my husband had passed away 3 weeks ago. I wanted to know if this plan could be transferred into my name and what was required. She confirmed that I am also "named" in the plan although it isn't "shown" in the paperwork. I also wanted to know if this was transferable in the event I sold the vehicle. DELIBERATELY DECEPTIVE OUTREACH BY MAIL
I have received two cards which, in bold red lettering, proclaim "VEHICLE ALERT NOTICE. Please Respond within 5 Business Days"...and..."IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE"...and..."TIME SENSITIVE"...and..."CALL IMMEDIATELY". No where on the card does it state who it is from, leading someone receiving this to think this is some kind of important official notification that require urgent attention. It is not. I called and immediately was connected with a salesman who began to try to sell me a car warranty!!! I objected and stated that their card is deliberately deceptive, but he pointlessly stated that it is not. No surprise! Just another scam. AVOID!!!

Car sure offers good coverage, I just wish they would offer more for older/higher mileage vehicles because those are the cars that need it most. Other than that I'm satisfied with the service so far.
