It was my first day coming back to CCSF…

It was my first day coming back to CCSF and the registration department was not helpful at all. They were gossiping and not paying attention to students coming in. One lady was giving me a ton of attitude when I was asking her for help. She was a Ethiopian lady who was so rude and kept gossiping.

CCSF is horrible

CCSF is horrible. I have been a student in CCSF for few years. A professor at the multimedia department tried to be cyberstalked and harass me. I filed complained. They retaliated against me and not just retaliated they try to protect this professor. Ladies be aware and stay from this college. They are not for students. I was more than happy that I transferred to College of San Mateo. Peace!

Let us Have an Ethical CCSF

CCSF is a public institution which of course is funded by the people (paying taxes) and it is supposed to serve mainly the people of San Francisco; it is actually, one of the main pillars of this community. Therefore, it should be run with the outmost integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct. Nevertheless, it is all of the contrary. Basically, the administrators do not follow the rules and regulations of the school but their professional behavior is arbitrary and far from an ethical one. Actually, unbelievably, most administrators do not exercise their obligations but are there just to receive their monthly pay check. For example, Dennis Piontkowski, Chair of the Mathematics Department, among other arbitrary conducts, hires full time tenure faculty at his will, that is, he chooses the candidates because they are his friends (they were his students, for example) or are recommended by his buddies, which are other highly corrupted faculty; actually the chosen ones are trained by mathematics faculty to appear good candidates during their teaching demostrations. These are serious crimes that are committed against the taxpayers. Similarly happens with AFT 2121, the union of CCSF, which funds itself upon the resources of the school, it is only interested in the contract between faculty and administration, disregarding completely the wellbeing of the school as a whole. For example, a mayor officer at AFT 2121, Chris Hanzo, which is actually an emeritus executive officer of AFT 2121, would never stand for the rights of the faculty but just for the contract whose goal is an increase in salary; that is the level of corruption that the community of San Francisco has to endure. I am a witness of this situation because I lived and suffered these acts.Actually, it is a long description of arbitrary conduct, where you will find discrimination and wide spread corruption in various departments of this school. For example, I witness a department (work faculty support department) where the dean, of Asian ancestry, would hire all its employees also of Asian ancestry. So, my dear citizens, for example, if you apply at CCSF for a job, just know that you have the right to demand professional conduct. The same occurs if you need the support of AFT 2121, you also have the right to obtain complete support from AFT2121 since you contribute every single month with your dues.I have written a more detailed description of my experience as a faculty at CCSF at a google site but we are not allowed to link it to these reviews. Thanks for reading.
