Took it to them a while back and they…
Took it to them a while back and they said there was a vacuum leak after smoking it. I didn't get it fixed as I have another car and this was a restoration project. Fast forward a few years and ready to get the issue fixed, now they say they smoked it and there was no leak but it was something else. Quoted £400+ and said fine. Weeks pass, no contact so I finally reach out and told it's ready. I get there £650 and not what I had agreed to them doing. They then said "well we tried calling but couldn't reach you". No voicemails left, they have my email address which I was talking to the mechanic through AND they were texting me, sooooo. Yeah. This might be an issue. Especially as it didn't even fix the issue and they just cleared out my codes. Oh now my OBD scanner does not connect to the car, so I cannot even see what's going on. Ill be taking it to the dealership next week. But never here again.

If you are in need of an hones tGarage, look no further.
If you are in need of an honest, reliable and friendly garage, you found it.Booked my car in for the second year for a major service and MOT this time.I was not disappointed. The service was as thorough as can be expected and the MOT flagged up an advisory regarding my tyres.not a big surprise to me, since I did get a lot of use out of them. So, next week the tyres are getting fitted and I get them to check my wheel alignment too, since the front n/s seems to be worn unevenly. the tyres are going to be an absolute bargain. Under £50 per tyre on an HYUNDAI I30.And regarding the video footage.Yes, true. this guys and girls will provide you with the evidence as well, since they are an honest bunch who will not tell you a lot of BS.Will definitely use them again next time.

Not what I asked for
I asked the garage to refit the heat shield covering the rear exhaust box last Thursday. I put the heat shield that had fell off in the boot of the car. I sat down in the waiting room for 30 minutes expecting the heat shield to be back on the car after waiting. Instead I was shown yet another video (unsolicited) of various faults with the car that had not been flagged up at a recent MOT or service. The teeth sucking that motorists hate resulted in me getting a price for the unexpected work and no commitment to refit the heat shield. Did I ask the mechanic to go poking around under the car with a video camera? Answer = NO. Did I get asked where the missing heat shield was despite me sitting in the waiting room? Answer = NOThis garage is not interested in doing as they are told to but finding out what faults they can with peoples car with the excuse of using a video camera to prove the point and justify their actions. It's not about customer service but all about making more profit. If they paid the mechanics a proper living wage instead of price per job then everyone including the staff would be better off.

Really impressed!
Really impressed!Competitive prices and outstanding customer service! Received several reminder text messages leading up to my service appointment, but the real icing on the cake was being sent a video of the engineer`s inspection on my car. After a polite introduction he proceeded to film the underside of my vehicle, clearly showing and explaining the state of each individual part. Everything was in good condition except for my air filter which he replaced, (included in the cost). He also advised me to replace a couple of the tyres due to wear which could clearly be seen on the VT. All the staff were friendly, polite and efficient, and I would have no doubt in highly recommending this company to anyone looking to book a service in the Corby area.
