I had a bad experience with this company when I ordered products online for shipping to Spain The products were rejected by Spanish customs and yet several months later the company is still refusing to refund my money after the goods were returned to sender despite their international shipping policy clearly saying that the company will determine what products can and can’t be shipped to a countryAwful customer service
