DAHON GREAT BIKE’S Horrible customer service & questionable sale promos
I am reviewing my second Dahon Bike. The first was a Dahon Mariner D8. This review concerns the purchase of the companies new K-Feather electric bike. I have no qualms with the products themselves. I would recommend with the caveat, buyer beware. The lack of responses timely if any is dismal. Including inquiries for additional purchases from the company. They do not match the extraordinary ability to process payment and ship to your home. Coincidentally not responding to any last many changes that may save the consumer exchanges, returns etc. I’d also advise purchasers to read the terms of sale promos VERY CAREFULLY!!!
