Game key order delayed for 24hrs, then cancelled
I placed an order for a game key (Solasta). 24hrs later, the order had still not gone through. I received an email cancelling the order. Here is the text of the email:"We would like to inform you that your order to DLGamer is going to be canceled for one of the following reasons:- Several purchases with a single or multiple credit cards;- Using multiples DLGamer accounts;- Using an Unverified Paypal account;- Using a VPN or Proxy;- incoherent personnal informations provided by customers;- Unanswered or Missing mobile or landline verifiction request;- Cancellation asking on your side;- Refund request due to a mistake.- Using a company credit/debit card to purchase video games on our store"They couldn't even tell me WHY the order was cancelled, or even if it was on my side (it wasn't).Waste of time.

i bought a key.
i bought a key.after 5 hours of "waiting up to 30minutes for your first order" i havent got my key. order needs to be "verified by the team". i asked them to cancel, and besides being supposedly 24/7 in reach for their customers, still no reply after 6 hours. so its morelikely a scam. propably bought the first reviews or actually gave the keys before to look legit, before turning into a scam.

It's either a scam or their site is very laggy and their system (or) personnel not very responsive. Bought a steam key - still waiting for it. will never buy from them and will ask 'isthereanydeals' site to remove them from their lists. They might have great prices, but the wait time after successful payment is VERY terrible. This is the longest out of all stores I'm waiting for the key after confirmed paypal transaction.--------Update: got the key after like 9-10 hour wait. That's terrible!

I had a disappointing experience with this company due to their lack of communication. Despite the product being listed as 'in stock' when I placed my order, I waited 19 hours without receiving any updates. To my surprise, my order was suddenly cancelled without any prior notice. What's worse, the cancellation notification provided a generic list of possible reasons without specifying the actual cause, none of which applied to my situation.It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, especially after they've already processed payment. They take your money automatically and fast. Then you have to wait for them to manually verify you have the right to receive the game even. And apparently you're only allowed 1 copy of the game for the whole household. I just wanted to enjoy it with my partner, but they decided I'm not allowed that.
