Booked a table for Valentine’s Day 2 weeks in advanced. Arrived on time, waited at the door for over 25 minutes before anyone even bothered coming to speak to us. Then was told they had no space and we can’t be seated, even though we had a booking. Absolutely unacceptable. Complete morons.
We visited Don Beni in between christmas and new year. We went in on the off chance and were seated immedaitely. The young lady that looked after us was really friendly. We had fillet steak and it was cooked to perfection. Food and service was amazing and next time we are in Eaton we will definately be going back.
Eton branch Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!Embarrassing to say the least. Should have ordered a takeaway...Waited 40 minutes for service only after asking twice if we could order drinks or have water on table. Totally ignored. Met by very rude hostess who advised that tables were serviced according to arrival in which case we would have waited for over an hour to even be acknowledged. Very disappointed. They had the audacity to add £13.00 as service charge, I should have charged them instead.. obviously I asked for this to be removed as there was no service..Will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending.
The service was a major disappointment at the Winkfield Restaurant. We're a middle aged couple who went for a special wedding anniversary lunch. The greeter/waiter in a blue "I love Don Beni" sweatshirt could have cared less that we arrived. He was programmed in his comments, did not listen and made us feel a burden to be there. He left our drinks sitting at the bar for 10 minutes (we were the only ones there) then clunked them on the table and when I commented I would like ice for my drink and a tap water, he walked away. I got up and asked for ice and a pitcher of water after some time.When we ordered pizza as a starter, he did place the order. I then politely asked for the baked aubergine dish and he said, that will take 25 minutes and discouraged me from ordering it. Wanting to get up in leave, we stayed. I then ordered the aubergine dish regardless of his remarks and he then placed our pizza order as the starter and took my husbands order. After we finished the main, we were going to have dessert and coffee but no one came back so we paid up and left. We are very social people and were expecting to take guests there. We will not return nor recommend them.The food was good but we were truly disheartened by the treatment.
A really super experience, The welcome was warm, the service spot on,and the pizzas were quite delicious . A real asset on our doorstep !

First time went to a don beni, was well impressed food lovely and hot and delicious, went to the one in Bracknell, Service excellent and very friendly staff .. would certainly go there again, and try some more things on there menu ..
Disgusting service when you order for a delivery. Just Eat never delivered it but claimed it was delivered. We called don beni (Eton) and were told they can't help us. The restaurant manager was rude on the phone and told us he owes us s**t (his actual word) when we said he owes us money we paid for the pizza. This is the same person that acted like we were best friends everytime we went there to eat. We even tipped them every time. Will never go back and will not recommend.
First visit to Don Beni in Crowthorne last night with friends. What a treat. So far not been such a big fan of Italian restaurants - but this one was a whole new level of delicious, fresh cooked, imaginative food. Lovely atmosphere and a menu to please everyone. Can’t wait to go back - and spread the word!
The Don Beni in Winkfied (Bracknell) is just beautiful. The customer service is friendly, efficient and professional. You feel like it's a family run restaurant. The food is delicious and majority is home made. Amazing place. Highly recommended.
