Difficult to return unopened product. Followed their onerous requirements to a T and still had not received a refund one month later. Had to contact them to force the refund and was then charged a $50+ restocking fee, which I did not anticipate due to their very poorly written return policy.
Ordered Door Handles from doorhardwarecenter.com in Sep 2025, worth $542. Got the delivery promptly and in good shape. However the handles would not fit. So had to return them. The UPS return fee was $40. The restocking fee was $80. That is 22% loss for me as customer. To be fair they talk about this on their website. But it really pinches when you realize the loss of $120. Hard to give a great review for this company when one feels the pain of the loss.
