Ask them to return 2 packages to the store, i send thend then the 2 return labels created by the store but until now they dind´t deliver the packeges to the delive service.
Quite expensive but worth it as the service was speedy and impeccable. Great communications and confidence inspiring. Pretty much perfect. Will definitely use again.
This is a shitty service. I was forced to break my package into 2 and had to pay twice. Will never use their service again. Too expensive.
Lies not been near our house pictures of a main road got CCTV. about time this company was shut down
Out of 11 parcels I’ve received via Easy-Delivery, two were “lost” under extremely suspicious circumstances. Both contained rare, hard-to-find items I had spent a long time tracking down. In both cases, the couriers (UPS and FedEx) provided proof of delivery and CCTV footage confirming the parcels were delivered correctly to Easy-Delivery’s warehouse. And in both cases, the company failed to locate the items.Their response times are painfully slow, and their attitude borders on careless. The company boldly claims they’ve had "absolutely no theft in 10 years" – a statement I find extremely hard to believe.So either these parcels were stolen, or this company is shockingly bad at the only job they’re meant to do – safely receiving and forwarding parcels. There is no third possibility. I will never use Easy-Delivery again and strongly advise others to stay far away.

Terrible service. I've shipped a package to their address and the very same day of its arrival they updated me about dimensions, weight and provided a photo of the package. So far, so good. I was really happy.Next, I've ordered the package to be forwarded and paid for the courier. A week later I got someone's else package... A package not even close looking to mine. Some blind people must work there.I was explained such things happen and its no big deal as they "admit the mistake and will refund me". Of course you will refund for service not delivered....The bottom line is - if you admit your mistake you can always get away without any compensation.

Shortly after registering I was provided with an address in France where I could have my parcel shipped, from where it was to be forwarded to my own country. I was promptly notified when my parcel had arrived at the Easy Delivery address. The site then offered several options for its reshipping to the final destination (to me). After doing some research on the site's FAQ page, I picked one of those options, ticked some boxes, left others empty, and paid for reshipping. The parcel arrived in reasonable time, in good condition. I have no complaints.
Unprofessional.Never replies back.Trying to sign up as an delivery driver.Been more than a week, no response, so ever.No contact number or email to contact them.Have heard the same thing from few other people. These people are waste of time.should not be in the market.

I can't wait to share my positive feedback about my great experience with Easy-Delivery.I was desperate to find a forwarder in France that can provide a local address to receive my online orders and forward it to my home country Singapore. I used to buy many things and ship them from US, UK and Italy and there are plenty popular and trust-worthy forwarding companies that provide for those markets but none of them has provided the same service for France. I think it will be even more perfect if they include a section to introduce who they are, I meant the customers will be more at ease if they know who are they right?2. Responsive Emails:They responded to my email in a matter of hours or less. This is impressive and it gave me the confidence to go ahead with my order.3. Package Handling and Delivery Partners:My package was shipped out swiftly after arriving at their warehouse and the availability of reputable shipping partners like DHL, Chronopost added to the reliability of their service. 4. Pricing:While I think the price is on the higher side if I compared with those in US, UK, the assurance of optimal parcel handling and the confidence instilled in me make it worthwhile. You also will know the expected price to be paid in advance by their cost estimation feature on their website. In my case, the price I paid is almost exactly the amount estimated before I made my order. Finally, despite encountering some negative reviews I read from the internet, I am thrilled to prove that my decision to use them was the right one.5. Conclusion: I want to express my gratitude to Easy-Delivery and wish them continued success, allowing me to confidently shop from my favourite French retailers in the future.

Order was picked up 25 minutes late. Food was cold when it arrived. We were told we would get refunded for this but nothing happend. When we called back we were told no refund. Useless.
Scam business! The customer service is so rude! My first time to order and they gave me the wrong order. They refuse to replace the order or refund my money. Do not order, they are hard to talk to. DO NOT ORDER!
