Worst online company I have ever dealt…

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no customer service. They never call or write you back. They do not give a hoot about their customers and are very very rude. I tried many many times to call customer service...write to customer service and when they finally write you back...never call back....they lie and say this is the first time they have heard from you.

I bought a Dimplex 36" Revolusion

I bought a Dimplex 36" Revolusion. I live in central Florida and it arrived in three days. It was the best-packaged shipment I have ever received! It was strapped to its own skid and had top protection that prevented anything from being stacked on top. They gave me the best price, plus an additional rebate for a photo review after the installation. I had zero issues with them so far. I just ordered the glass doors for the front.
