Outdated Operation
Their prices might be good but the way they operate is outdated. Today my husband had to drive nearly 15 miles from our home to the office where we got our policy, just to make a payment. Unbelievable as this sounds, in 2025, their offices are not interconnected with each other. Because of that fact, the office around the corner from our home cannot take our payments because we got the policy at another office. That's ridiculous in this day and age.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Estrella Insurance. The staff is incompetent and unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, my calls were never returned. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. I would not recommend Estrella Insurance to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
