Issue with Delivery, not ezCater's Fault but not good follow-up
Quick response time, but had an issue with items missing from the delviery. Customer service could not get us an update as the restaurant was too busy to answer them, so we had to go pick it up. I was told a discount would be applied for our troubles, but invoice was for full price on the order. So now I have to keep reaching out to them for resolution.

The food was good and all things came correctly as ordered. Packaging could’ve been better as there were quite a few that dripped a lot of sauce all over. The driver was great and helped out beyond expectations in setting up. She was great!

EZCATER is a rip off
EZCATER is a rip off! They have no actual product, yet they upcharge almost double to order through them rather then restaurants. EZCATER does not care about you, your family business, or any restaurant on their platform. They entice you with "rewards", when in reality, the rewards are nothing compared to the outrageous upcharge they put on each order when ordering through them. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH EZCATER! ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH THE RESTAURANT!! YOU ARE RIPPING YOURSELF AND THE RESTAURANT OFF!

The delivery had specific instructions…
The delivery had specific instructions of which entrance to deliver food to and a number to call, instead it was delivered to a different person and entrance and then a text sent it was delivered. We had to have two people leave our meeting and go to the other building to get food. Not a huge issue but something to keep in mind.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Wonderful food! We ordered the Georgie's (2 lbs). We live in Sierra Vista, near the border with Mexico. Every time we are in Tucson, we make a detour to Sammy's Mexican Grill. And every time we have been more than happy with our decision. The ambiance is great. We got our Georgie's in a few minutes. And the taste was great.

ezCater was easy/food order incorrect
ezCater was simple enough to use, but I was not satisfied with the food delivered. I ordered a Sundae Bar (Cold Stone Creamery) and didn't get all the correct toppings. Ordered blueberries, strawberries, hot fudge and brownies. I received the hot fudge and brownies and chopped pecans. Also, the hot fudge was in a sandwich bag, not a bowl for easy serving.

The process using exCater is a stress reducer. You can order food on the app or on your desktop. Paying the $20 - $40 delivery fee is worth every penny. It is delivered on time with everything you need. Your time is worth the delivery fee - IMHO.
