Do not purchase
Do not purchase. This was bought as a gift and on the back states expiry august 2024 so I’ve not been in a rush to spend it. However I have since been told the voucher has expired when I enquired I was informed the expiry date is for the card not the balance! I was initially told there was nothing I could do however when I challenged this as I had researched prior to calling as you can claim up to 6 years after expiry I was then told this was an option. Either the call taker was not aware or this was yet another scam. I can reinstate the balance but at a cost of £4.95 I do not recommend this card.

Don’t buy this card
Don’t buy this card. Was given one as a gift tried primark and new look neither recognised card. Emailed to ask for guidance and was ignored. This was my daughters hard earned cash that she used thinking she was giving me a gift instead she has just thrown away her money

A one star review is generous. The terms of sale state that beyond 12 months but before 6 years, you can apply for a refund to Gift Card Store UK. Their website contains all the information but the minute you contact them, they deny any involvement. As I believe this is a breach of contract under the Sale of Goods Act, I intend to refer to trading standards.Do not touch this card, or company.

A shambles of a gift card
A shambles of a gift card, steer well clear of purchasing this gift card.my wife tried using it in Primark but was told it’s not valid even though there was money on it. How a company can advertise this voucher to be used at the clothes shops highlighted one big con.She tried in H and M and surprise surprise they didn’t accept it. So what a waste of money especially as it was a Xmas present.

For these vouchers they are ok
For these vouchers they are ok, but I feel they need to be clearer info about the cards after sometime googling and finding out about them. When using them online, you need to put them through as a visa debit card, not a gift voucher and the limit has to be the amount or less on your card as it won't except them, you can use them on any store, I used mines on tk maxx

IT'S A SCAM COMPANY.
Shame you can't give it -10 stars. I was given £100 worth of cards as a birthday gift. Tried to redeem them and the Web said your cards have expired. Filled in the contact us from, got and email with in seconds to say we have received your query and will be in touch within 24 business hours. That was 2 March 2023,.filled in another query form a week later and I'm still waiting for their response.SCAM COMPANY COMES TO MIND.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THESE CARDS

SCAM.. on there website it says you can use card in any stores displayed on front and it’s very easy to do, or swap for ecoucher, even blatantly mentions on website as example “you can swap your favourites gift card for river island, zalando or primark e-gift!!! I only chose it for primark so was happy to purchase as website made it sound perfect and easy but once I bought £75 gift card they changed the rules .tried to use in primark store, told they don’t work (spent ages in there trying to sort out) even tho website says they easy to use in store, tried to swap to primark e-gift but it says I can’t (even though you say on website you can swap fashion favourites gift card for primark e-gift, transferred card to Apple Pay tried again in primark still didn’t work..once I read the reviews I realised it’s a scam.how is this company allowed to take your money and provide you with cards that don’t work, their website is full of false advertising.. I have complained to trading standards rip off Britain these companies shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - Seeking refund
Bought as a gift - Embarrassingly, the Fashion Choice card doesn't work on any of the stores shown on the card, either in store or online, my 88 year old grandmother was turned away at the till of numerous stores, managers responded with call the number on the card or only available online (which is not the case either), this response from store managers I suspect is for good reason.As per Companies House information, this company had Compulsory strike-off action twice in 2 years, on both occasions these have been suspended. I don't know how they are getting around it exactly, but I can guess. Awaiting a phone call for a refund within 1-2 working days (I'll update on here to let you know if I get a response) as the product is not fit for purpose. The packaging contains false and contradictory information. If I don't get a refund I would have merely lined someone else's pocket. The phone number on the card is a premium number and therefore the conversation I have had today to get a refund (22 minutes), has probably cost me the amount that is on the card. If anyone has purchased one of these cards, the cheapest way to get a refund is by returning to the store it was originally purchased with a receipt, unfortunately the receipt on this occasion has been lost.Update 10.08.22 - They haven't called yet, which I suspected when they were about to hang up before I suggested they take my contact details! By the way, the company has not filed its accounts for 2 years, and therefore has an action to close down.Update: 10.08.22 14.09 - Contacted me via email with a form to complete to get a refund, this will then take up to 31 days to refund.Update: 11.01.23 - still no refund, emailed again, sent the same incomplete form to fill in, told them I have, they said it was sent to wrong department. All delay tactics, now going to small claims court and ombudsman.

Very misleading!!!!! gift card can’t be used online in Newlook and customer service told me its only valid on zalando and riverisland !!!! They should put that message across their Giftcard so people will know! Customer agent named Charlie only suggested that I should go to the store physically if I want to buy from Newlook????!!! Even after saying that I avoid going out due to Covid!!! Also suggested I read terms and conditions which is located inside the pack??? Did he want me to ripped it out before buying the Gift card???

My dad bought this card for me for my birthday and I've used it once, but due to the pandemic I couldn't use it in-store - but their online options were really trash. After a while, I went to check whether my card was still valid and it had unfortunately expired, despite emailing them twice and calling them TEN times to kindly ask for a small extension so that I could use the rest of the money that was in it (about £40)... nothing. No response. No communication at all. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! My heart hurts for my hard-working dad who didn't realise that this wasn't a well-intentioned company.

We received this card with £100 on it from a raffle, after reading the reviews I did hold out much hope of using it my daughter tried it on the 27/12/21 in Edinburgh at Primark and H&M it didn't work both times after reading the online help I took her shopping today at livingstone and have used it successfully at H&M, new look and primark it must be swiped through the card reader and used as a credit card not through the till... I must say it has worked without any problems, I hope this helps

AVOID con artist
I brought a 50 pound voucher and before I used it they locked I have sent numerous of emails and rang a week on no luck taking this further disgusting should not be able to sell these gift card

Unable to use... card is a joke, avoid.
Unable to use.. absolute joke, given as a gift from my mum with a lot of money on it but unable to use, been online and I'm unable to validate, redeem, buy anything.. nothing, can't do anything with it. How is this voucher card still available to buy.. avoid!!!!

Ditto to every other review.How to take peoples with good intentions money, trick them into giving them as a gift, then not caughing up when its time to get the voucher redeemed.Not a scam, but definitely sharp practice.
