Lousy products and customer care

X2 bad experiences now.DJ turn table simply didn't work at all.Lumalou better bedtime. Was good but now they have discontinued the app to go with it so useless. Reached out to Fisherprice/Mattel and they basically say tough, decisions are final. Zero stars for customers care, disgraceful. Shall be boycotting fisherprice fully. And shall always recommend to new parents to do the same!

Broken wings

I received the fisher price flap and wobble penguin as a Christmas 2024 present. It has only been used for 3 days and my 3 month old loves it. Unfortunately the wings have stopped flapping. Is there a way to fix the wings?

Overpriced toys. Scamming customers

Overpriced toys carefuly designed to just have exactly one feature/play so that they can force customer to buy more toys.I bought train block set and later in the leaflet found that its only half of the set. Another half need to buy separately.

Broken after little use!!

Bought the Fisher-Price Mix & Learn DJ Musical Activity Table back in January 2024, to gift to my daughter for her 2nd birthday in March 2024. It’s had very little use and has suddenly stopped working. Batteries have been changed, tried different brands of batteries but after testing them, they were all ok. Having read customer reviews from various retailers, it’s a common theme since late 2023. Fisher-Price should recall this product as it’s clear that they’re are manufacturing / electrical faults with a huge batch! My 2 year is very upset that she can no longer play with this toy! Not something you’d expect from a well known brand and a product that retailers at £55-60!!

Not the same as in picture advertised!

Not the same as in picture advertised!! I ordered the Fischer Price animal train. Only 5 animals were delieverd instead of 6. There should have been a conductor as clearly shown in the picture advertised. Feel really cheated.

Fisher price false advertising

We purchased a 3-in-1 crib from Fisher price. They do not sell the extra pieces for the bed to be transformed into a toddler bed or twin bed. They also will not do anything for you after you purchase this scam piece of furniture. BUYER beware!!! You will pay more for a convertible bed but it’s not possible to convert !! They do it on purpose to scam people out of money. So sad that a company this rich has to resort to this.

I purchased a see n say for my grandson, 23 dollars I can’t believe it it is nothing but a piece of junk for a lack of better words. Shame on fisher price for making this and charging that much money for it, but yea I no it’s about making money that’s who the company become.

We got my grandson the 4-in-1 learning…

We got my grandson the 4-in-1 learning bot. It worked for about two hours and it never worked again. We troubledshot the toy, did everything we could to get it going. Money wasted. No more fisher price toys for us!

A badly made remote control for babies above 6 months

I always thought Fisher Price sold quality toys.It would appear NOT.A babies remote control was purchased for my 11month grandson who obviously puts everything in his mouth and chews as they do at that age. The black chipped off into his mouth and his face and mouth had black flecks everywhere.So please beware and do not purchase. This should be made from a more durable material. Black with a smiley face and a green round button.So disappointing!

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I wrote an email a couple months ago about getting a replacement part for a toy that we had I never received any kind of email back not even a confirmation email letting me know that somebody was reviewing it. I have never experienced such bad customer service that nobody will even email me back.

We bought a diaper bag and it started…

We bought a diaper bag and it started to fall apart with in four months of occasional use. I wrote the company twice about this and have no heard back yet and it has been over three months. Very poor quality and customer service.

Won't be buying Fisher-Price products again

I feel compelled to write a negative review of Fisher-Price. My daughter had the Laugh and learn light up vacuum cleaner bought as a gift and the handle kept falling off in her hand, it wasn't at all usable. As I hadn't bought it myself and it had been a while since she received the gift, I contacted Fisher-Price to see the best way to go about a replacement. They specifically asked me not to return it to a store, but if I could help them out to look into the issue with the product and post it to them they would send a me a cheque for the value. After numerous phone calls and emails between us, I stupidly agreed. I had to box up the vacuum and post it and 4 weeks later I received a USD cheque, which it turns out I can't pay into my UK bank account because it will cost me more to pay it in than the value of the cheque. Fisher-Price promised to refund me the cost of postage which they haven't done (not that I would be able to pay that in either) and I got no thanks for helping them. So now my daughter has no toy or refund for it and I am out of pocket for the postage. That will teach me for trying to be helpful.

My FP product was recalled

My FP product was recalled. It says alot about a company in how they treat recalls. I received instructions for returning the items “with the enclosed shipping label.” No shipping label was found. After reviewing my email I noticed the shipping label was available in PDF format which I had to download and print myself. I am sure this was a way for FP to save money- assuming most people won’t go through this trouble. Thanks a lot FP. But I will be printing this label, after I take my infant with me to the store to buy ink. And I will be sure to avoid buying and FP products in the future.

I had an issue with my sons toy

I had an issue with my sons toy, it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Fisher-Price and received an immediate response. Not only did they offer a different toy because they were out of stock, but refunded me full price so I could replace my son’s favorite toy ❤️ Amazing company

Answered quickly AND addressed my concerns. Im VERY happy with their customer service. I contacted V-tech for an issuewith a toy bruising my LO. I did NOT have the same experience, at all. So I'm VERY VERY happy with the support I received from Fisher Price.

Dangerous Products & Rude Customer Services

If Vodfone held the record for the most appalling customer services, it was just broken hands down by Mattel / Fisher-price. Having bought a product from them it arrived in used, soiled condition, scratched, dirty & incomplete. When I tried to return the item it took 4 weeks to get a response from customer services & countless emails - all of which were cut & paste responses & read in simple terms not our problem nor our responsibility, if you don't like it return it, Now Bore off. On raising a safety concern I received the same Attitude; that of a really sleazy used car salesman, which considering they sell toys for small children is surprising. Fisher-Price & their sister companies owned by Mattel group is now downgraded to Sell if you hold shares & DO NOT BUY Category

Products poor quality.

Products poor quality.Recently purchased a few Fisher Price products for granddaughter.Found both very poor - they just don't work.Both stuck in what I'm guessing is a demo mode (they work for a few seconds). Followed instructions from Fisher Price to take them out of demo mode - Neither worked - both still stuck.Poor quality products and poor customer service.

The worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever! I received zero satisfaction trying to get a small missing part for a Jeep electric car which I was assembling. The people I talked to seemed to think that I was concocting a hustle to get a free part from them, when in fact I was just trying to get the assembly done so my kid could drive it. Never again Fischer-Price!

Disgusting

I bought a Fisher price product for my daughters birthday, only to find hole in the product to enable them to attach it ro the packaging. When I contacted Fisher price about this they said it was so it looked good on the shelf and we're very patronising in their email. I will NOT BE buying from them again. Horrible experience.
