DO NOT EVER RENT ANY VEHICLE AT THIS PLACE!I was traveling from Amsterdam to London last weekend for a football tournament with 16 boys. 3 hours before arriving they sent me an email telling me there was no mini-van available. No excuse, no alternative, nothing. Telling me that I would get my money back was all they said. And also that last bit didnt happen. I couldn't reach by phone or email for 6 days. Thanks to a local London contact I was able to put the pressure on them which they couldn't resist. We received our money back yesterday. I repeat:DO NOT EVER RENT ANY VEHICLE AT THIS PLACE!

Requested a quote. Turned it down. Have been getting daily emails asking me to accept the quote, even after the date for the coach hire has passed. Have requested them to stop sending emails, but this has been ignored.

Flashcoaches!!!What a bunch of cowboys... they book take ur money an then cancel on you last minuite then another company calls you to say they can do it but need more money . When trying to contact them out if hours to get tour refund its just some one sat texting you on sms an said they cant talk live. So fustrati g ruined my husband birthday surprise. All had to get the train . My advice is when looking for a coach steer clear of FLASHCOACHES

( FLASH COACHES ) also NAMED BY (TRANSFER HIRE)payment was paid TRANSFER HIREWe booked this company for a event for 19 seater mini coach to get an email 6pm the evening b4 our trip that the coach had broken down and that they was unable to assist us so they cancelled leaving us stranded ! Apparently they passed our details on to another company whom stated that they wonted another £300 more on top of what already paid ! It totally ruined our trip ! They had no care or comparison for letting us down ! SO I WOULD ADVISE NOT BOOKING THIS COMPANY

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Booked a coach for a sporting event just before the COVID-19 pandemic, country went in to lockdown and said sporting event postponed. Communicated this with company who hide behind T&C's and advised I could re-book for a later date (at potential additional costs) or get a 50% refund. In the hope I could rebook in the not too distant future (at the time) I agreed to this. The sporting event then went ahead in Dec 2020 without spectators. In contacting the company to rebook a similar trip today, I have been told they will not honour the original booking / "credit note" or provide refund. T&C's do not state the claim made by company that the "credit note" was only for 12 months from date of booking which I was never told about in communication. Person on phone who claimed to be a director continued to state there was nothing could be done and its all my fault for not contacting them within 12 months of original booking. When I asked for evidence that I was told about the 12 month credit note allegation, the response was "I was told on the phone at the time of booking". The booking was made over email/website paid for via bank transfer - so this claim is just pure lies. Company then hung up phone and are refusing to speak to me. Matter being referred to Police, Trading Standards, Watchdog and Consumer rights.
