I went from being an upset customer to a big fan of Fanatics! Customer service does a really great job. Become a member and everything becomes much more simple. The returns are easy. The clothes are fantastic and visually appealing, with a good selection. The app is great too and makes everything readily available. 15/10!
I would leave a negative zero score if it was an option. Do not purchase anything from this company! Their website is 💯 false with their advertising!! Customer service is horrible. I clicked the link that read “Purchase today to receive by Christmas” only to be told that they “meant” it will be shipped by Christmas and will arrive in January. Website still says that. Don’t be fooled like me.
Really low quality stuff. Be careful what you order. Most of it is junk that won't look much like the photo.Wrinkly cheap hats and the like, that looked good in the photo.
Fanatics uses social network to process sales. A texas a and m shirt was purchased on the Facebook page displayed and we ordered from the site without an account on the fanatics website. We got only a confirmation to our email. When product was received we found out is was non refundable or returnable. You decide should anyone be subjected to poor Sales methods and Customer service
Their customer ordering system is horrible, I've tried to order a jersey at least 7 times over 2 months. It always cancels my order after a few hours or a day.
Only giving 1 star because the order did turn up . All items I purchased were from Safc store online didn’t realise fantactics ran this otherwise would not have purchased. Items were too small all returned got refund eventually for 1 item only , had to phone email constantly to try get rest of my money back . Eventually phoned safc store n they processed a refund . ( spent over £200 ) Avoid this company at all costs not worth the risk of loosing money if there is an issue with an order
Received jersey with no tags on it. Obviously was a return item. Iron on numbers that were wrinkled. Poor quality. When I returned the jersey instead of issuing me a credit from my original form of payment they issued me a gift card refund. This company does not offer online reviews.
These clowns gave me a round of free games I claimed the free games but never appeared in my inbox when I contacted them about it they gave me a mere five dollar bonus bet which I don't even use cuz I don't do sports betting this place is the biggest clown show I've ever seen in my life they should be banned immediately
I ordered a retro shirt for my son for Christmas it was the wrong size called up to ask if I could exchange for larger size such a long lengthy drawn out procedure so I was told keep the shirt and order another one we will refund the money which they did minus the postage?I have just received an email this morning regarding the new Anniversary Kit which went on sale this morning.Clicked on the shop it was only showing in Children’s sizes, called up once again the initial message isn’t working correctly all corrupt!When I got through all I was told they are out of stock? Asked why already they were all sold in the first hour? I asked why it did not say this on the website he had no idea.Surely they should have more kits in stock knowing fans would want to buy them.What an appalling company who you can’t complaint about directly about to Aston Villa as they don’t seem to be interested only the revenue from their merchandise!
I ordered 2 conference champion hats for family members on Dec 8 2024. Received 1 January 3...the other show delivered and also that it was processing. The hat has been advertised on the NCAA and Fanatics websites (same company) at a discount price. I called to inquire where the remainder of the order was...she said they were out of stock and there were no future orders for the conference hat to fill my order. No communication plus advertising a hat at a discount price that they don't have and there are no future orders. How is the right for the consumers. I won't order again from any of Fanatics many companies.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would! fanaticsfootballs.com Ordered a custom blanket for my son for Christmas of his college football stadium. When he opened the package it was the wrong stadium. I immediately emailed customer service with the issue. Initially I was told by a specific individual they don't take returns of customized items - seriously? - this was THEIR mistake. I then responded with an email clearly identifying the stadium I received and the stadium I had ordered, including pictures of the blanket I got and my order summary. The same individual responded and asked if I could send them a picture of what I received and mark it up with what was wrong! Are you kidding me??? I resent pictures and then I got a generic email saying they will respond within 48 hours because they have so many emails - I bet they do, they can't get an order correct! Company is horrible, they don't care at all about the customer, they just want your money without fulfilling their obligation. In essence they are stealing money from customers because they won't correct the errors THEY MADE! I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against this terrible company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!They seem to be trading on the "Fanatics" company that is legitimate and stands behind their products and responds to customer issues.Really wish I would have read some reviews before I ordered then I wouldn't be out about $60, thank god it wasn't more!

Cheap apparel everything is not heat applied letters and numbers instead of sewn on. The prices have doubled on authentic on field what the players wear. Everything made in under developed countries and materials made in China. I will not purchase anything from them anymore. They have a monopoly on all major sports to supply cheap ass apparel!!
Ordered a soccer jersey as a gift. Tracking said it’s on its way for 4 weeks. Even after speaking to a representative still no jersey. Guess my sister won’t get this $185 present. No way to recoup my money. Should have read the reviews.NEVER ORDER FROM FANATICS.
UPS lost my Jersey and Fanatics customer service was amazing. The saw right away what UPS did and without hesitation I have a new jersey on its way with express shipping. Thank you!!
They are just ridiculously expensive, I've bought some team t-shirts and there is nothing special about them, not fitted or anything just a plain tshirt with team name and player name on back for over $45 each. They look and wear cheaply. Also bought a hoodie for over $70 and when I received it, it was pretty much a long sleeve shirt with a hood on the back, not a normal hoodie at all
