Disappointing Experience at Brighterkind Care Home in Kingston
I had a regrettable experience working at Brighterkind, particularly at their care home in Kingston. The managerial staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, and their approach was notably unpleasant. This created a negative work environment, making it challenging to thrive in a caregiving role. It's imperative for a company like Brighterkind to ensure they have professionals of high integrity in leadership roles.

Guthrie House Care Home (ABUSE)
Guthrie House Care Home, failed in it's duty of care to protect my friend from physical and mental abuse from one or more members of staff after I had reported it to the management. After I reported the allegation a second time, I was told that if my friend made any more allegations against members of staff that he would be asked to leave the care home. This will no longer be necessary as he has since passed away, and the abuse he suffered I have no doubt contributed to his passing.

My Nana was meant to be looked after by a four seasons care home but was badly neglected my Nana passed away at hospital from an infection but I feel like if the care home had got my Nana into hospital earlier they could of treated the infection a lot earlier even after all this time I'm still very upset about how badly my Nana was treated we both got in so well.

I worked for Preston Glades Care Home a couple of years ago and this is a place that I wouldn't put my own family. I worked on the secured unit were residents who had dementia were on. I found staff doubling incontinence pads, not using slings or slide sheets and the unit understaffed. The staff attitude to other staff was rather rude and played the "He said, she said", games with other employees. I walked out after a completed shift and never went back.

I'm working for that company for the last 15 years, and I can tell you , for them money is more worth than lives.Company absolutely don't care about the workers. Manager,HR and regional staff just cover there asses and absolutely not helping anybody just them selfs.Poor Fshc they ive don't know whats going on in our carehomes in Northern Ireland, wasting money, abuse, etc.

DON’T DO IT!!
My experience in itself as an agency nurse across all the four seasons homes was bad enough! But then I found myself in a position where I joined the four seasons bank (through being desperate). They offered good pay and paid every 2 weeks! I lasted 3 weeks in the role because the home I was placed in.... “Victoria care home” had management that were rude and snotty and I could see they only liked the staff that put the job before EVERYTHING else. I got fired by the bank manger for “apparently” cancelling 4 shifts which is absolute rubbish. I was never spoken to or asked how I was despite my mother being very poorly with covid. They just wrote me off. Managers word against mine, though can I add I never actually got the opportunity to say any words!!! Disgraceful. Awful company.

WARNING, ALERT, AVOID BALMORAL CARE HOME (four seasons) our father was constantly neglected and ABUSED by balmoral care home who are based in Woodhouse Sheffield He was hospitalised after being chronically dehydrated by the NEGLECTFULL and abusive staff who work there under the so called watchful eye of the manager called Leslie, he was released from hospital and sent home to die as the hospital could not save or revive him from his chronic state in which the forced on him by not feeding and watering him, The level of care we witnessed as a family was sick, demented and twisted, these sicko members of staff made Harold shipman look good in our eyes, If you love your family members do not subject them to balmorals despicable neglectful abusive sick twisted regeme Four seasons care home have a lotto to answer too.... and will, complaints have been raised and we seek justice for them attempting to kill off our beloved father ln the manor in which they DID
