Had a problem reinstalling Mailbird on new PC…their customer support fixed it. All was made clear. I’ve been using this email client for years, and love it.

I have been a Mailbird customer for several years now. I really like their email program; it is so helpful to be able to schedule emails and use templates. It is full of nifty features that make life easier. What I really appreciate is their customer service. They actually answer mails (a rarity in this day and age!) and do try to help. Recently, I changed to a new email provider for my business. It was really difficult to get the account added to Mailbird; they were super helpful and followed up. The problem was not on their end, it was the Email provider.
Having recently migrated from Mac to Windows I have been looking for an alternative mail client to Microsoft Outlook and more user friendly.My preference was to have something similar to Apple Mail and have found this with Mailbird.Easy to use, very customisable and integrates all my emails addresses into one list, making it so easy to access.Customer service is very helpful and answered my questions very quickly and in detail.Can highly recommend this product.

Mailbird is a scam company. I purchased a lifetime subscription with full lifetime updates to all new versions as confirmed in writing and by their own support. But when they updated to their new version they refused to give me the update that I had already paid for and they said that I have to buy it again.If you do a quick search online you will see that many other customers have had the same experience and have been scammed by Mailbird. Stay far away from this company.
Mailbird seems to be a fine Email-Client. Also customer support is not bad. Nevertheless they send toooo many mails asking for evaluation. I feel bothered. I stopped the newsletters

I used to love Mailbird, I've been using it for almost 10 years. The sleek design, convenient unified inbox, lots of small features here and there - it's all very nice. However, it feels like the team building it has been prioritizing the wrong things for many years now and the amount of small annoyances have reached a critical mass, so I decided to switch to a different email client. There's a number of bugs I encountered over the years that I reported, support provided a complex workaround each time (like running manual queries on Mailbird's SQL database), but the bugs are never fixed - I keep encountering them YEARS later. Some examples - snoozed emails getting stuck as unread, some attachments on the emails not working (show as being 0 bytes in Mailbird, I had to download them via Gmail), etc. Plus there's the lack of basic functionality (eg try finding something in a thread of 100+ emails - search only finds threads, doesn't work within them, so you have to read through everything manually). But the "cherry on top" is that for a few years now, Mailbird started showing in-app full page advertisements. Every time there's a big sale (like black friday or lunar new year or whatever), they basically show spam in the app for paying users. What a shame.
Mailbird always responds promptly, first with possible solutions, and then with a real person. That is rare in today's automated support being offered by so many.
I've been a Mailbird user for a few years. After getting a new computer and reinstalling Mailbird, I got an error message that my license key couldn't be used with the new installation. One email to Support and Diego responded that day with an easy solution. Great customer service from the Mailbird team!
Great code, it performs well. But if one needs support give up!
These guys sell lifetime licenses and don't honor them. Was told to upgrade my license after I bought one in 2018. I have all the documentation from that purchase. Nowhere did it say it would only include X major versions.Software was buggy when I last used it before I switched to Mac.
I reached out to the customer support with a technical issue and received a reply with specific instructions which resolved my issues within short time.
