Hopeless delivery

Hopeless delivery. 13 days after placing my order 18/12, still not arrived - so I've lost all thr opportunity to play with clubs over break. OK, Christmas, but the irreguarities - site as at 27/12 advised "Not Shipped". Then a day later, site says "Shipped 20/12". But, no email advising they were on way, so I couldnt plan when to be at address. Clicked tracking, but it gives no details of delivery, just the order. I enquired with GigaGolf, no answers, they sent me the tracking details, and on 30/12 it said order was redirected. Asked Giga Golf for answers, they just avoid & reply without addressing queries. If i had a decent reply & delivery today I wouldnt have posted this, but NEVER AGAIN! never recommend.

2 sets of irons

I've purchased 2 sets of irons from Giga Golf along with 2 hybrids. The quality of both sets, forged blades and foam filled blades are outstanding. Customer service is always there to answer any questions or concerns. I did return the 2 hybrids. No hassle whatsoever. Kudos

Worth the price

I've bought irons, woods and hybrids from them through the years and have been completely satisfied with the equipment. Had a time or two with customer service snafus, but all-in-all I feel it's worth your time to purchase from these folks. I've moved on from their forged irons and driver, but still play their hybrids.

30 day play guarantee is so-far a hoax

I returned a defective TRX Ti driver along with a set of GX922 irons and 2 fairway woods. The driver was defective but the rest of the irons were fine. I just thought they were too heavy and bulky for my game. Its been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund under their much-touted guarantee. I made the mistake of following this purchase with another one which was a set of forged irons. They were good, but several of the irons were inexplicably hard for me to hit. All have been returned and no refunds have been issued. Their construction and delivery sysytem is excellent and I think their products are componants are generally of high quality, but their service after the sale is very bad. I would avoid them at all cost unless you know you will not be returning anything after the sale. My return experience is bordering on fraud and they are not responding to my e-mail requests for refund. I am worried and may have to take the drastic step of contacting the Florida consumer protection office and the state Attorney General.
