Very sketchy company - Too many questionable process layers
Very sketchy company. Front product page will lead you to believe that you are dealing with a product manufacturer. You'll receive an e mail order confirmation from a seperate entity e mail address. Then, when investigated into, will lead you to GSM Oudoors which appears to be a third party wholesale oursourcing site. After inquiring on my order. call taker could not locate my order, continued to seek additional information, which I declined other than order number and e mail address, and then I was put on a lengthy hold, which was sketchy as it does not take long to look up an order with a clearly defined order number. Suggest highly to avoid this organization.

THEY ARE HARD TO DEAL WITH AND MAKE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE LIKE LOW CLASS VENDORS/PEOPLE WILL DO.ONLY USE PAYPAL IF YOU HAVE TO ORDER SO YOU CAN AT LEAST HAVE SOME RECOUSE. I bought the stand from Cabela's and some minor parts were missing. I called customer service at GSM and talked with ROSE. Instead of trying to replace the parts she went out of her way and sent me a whole new stand !

This conglomerate is simply an investment group purchasing outdoor companies in batches. Their business model? Ignore customers, disregard any product warranties and sell stock products from purchased companies to other 3rd parties that put them in subscription mystery boxes like HuntVault and Battlbox... You're basically buying "As Is"... Many of their products are discontinued surplus. The ones that aren't probably soon will be.

Terrible service I’ve never actually been able to get ahold of this company. The camera stopped working after my 30 day trail was up for the plan so I added my cc info and it was would not process with any card I used. Tried calling tech support never an answer so I gave up and the camera is an expensive paperweight.Fast forward 8 months they start randomly charging my credit card the fee now

Cell Cam Plan Scam Charges
For my Stealthcam Command camera, I chose the lowest cost cell cam plan after hunting season. The unlimited plan I was on during the season was $20 and I never had any overage charges. So after the season, I chose the $5 plan. Well, my most recent bill was $42.50. How could they continue to send me pics when I signed up for 650 photo plan and then end up charging me more than the most expensive "unlimited plan" they have?? I called to see if anything could be done, and they were unwilling. Needless to say, I will not be using this camera as a cell cam anymore. Buyer beware when choosing plans.

Company support is impossible
Company support is impossible to contact, wait online for hours and the calls get dropped. Leave a number for callbacks that never happen. Email them and absolutely no response. Charged for months for cameras that won't activate because of no account status. This company is a scam rip off.

Cameras ALL Stopped Working
Cameras ALL Stopped Working - No Refund on monthly fees, either. I have two of the StealthCam Reactor cell cams, and one Muddy Cam. All three stopped working/ syncing after a few weeks. Tractor Supply (where I bought one of them) even sent me a replacement StealthCam for the first one--- same problem developed in weeks. I'm SO FRUSTRATED. Customer Service phone number takes an HOUR to get through. Finally had to hang up this morning- couldn't wait any longer.
