I was in the Downpatrick branch and my sister and I booked a cruise through Joshua. He was extremely friendly and helpful. His knowledge of the ship was fantastic. He laid out all the expenses in detail. An excellent experience
Contacted Hayes travel via the phone and spoke to RockyHe was patient, thorough, informative and gave excellent service. We booked six nights in Tenerife for Easter weekend for the best price we could find and believe me we searched everywhere!
I wrote a review but gave it 3 stars due to the number of emails I had received. I now understand some of them were from the airline as they now had my details and email address Hayes Travel will now reduce the number of emails sent to me which may not be of used to me, I have given them an extra star And I would like to say again that the lady who dealt with me Sue was extremely good and efficient
Our family had decided to travel to Italy, but I didn't know where to begin to make that happen. I reached out to Hayes Executive travel and Cynthia guided me through the process. She spent her time, skill, and knowledge guiding me through choosing from the best hotels, potential tours to take, and making sure everything was lined up in Italy for perfect execution whether it was transportation or private tour guides. She planned the most wonderful trip for our family, and it was truly a once in a lifetime trip. All handled with care, friendliness, and expert professionalism. Cynthia knew how to make it all happen for us and I was able to sit back and simply enjoy the trip and make incredible memories with me family. Thanks again Cynthia - we love you!
