Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. I’ve had this policy (foolishly) for 8 years and they have not paid a single claim. Most recently slipped in a limited time frame for submitting claims, reduced coverage amounts and rates continue to skyrocket. I’m paying nearly $400 per month for two dogs. Just put money away for when your pets get older. It’s better coverage than this garbage company. Their policies, coverages and cost should be illegal.

Absolutely shocking company, I ordered a product from them on the 17th November this is now the 27th and still waiting and with next to no communication all they keep saying is The Order Is In Transit!! I will be contacting my Solicitor.Avoid at all cost people.

I think this is a great place place to shop for your pet’s food, treats and supplies. I’m happy to support a local family owned business with such wonderful customer service. Nice people with good quality products. It’s shocking what harmful products are in most dog foods. GHP’s will not sell such products so you know their ethics are high and they want the best for our beloved animals. I don’t order online because I had a little trouble placing an order that way but I think it was probably my fault. I call and they are happy to take my order and they deliver it to my door. I love them 😍.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I can't get them to provide any guidance on what will be covered. They send me down a Kafka-esque rabbit hole where they had me send emails and call in and turns out the answer was no, we can't tell you what will be covered the whole time.

Got email confirmation of order Nov 20 2024. They didn't take the money till Dec 20. Jan 1, money was refunded and on Jan 3, they deducted it again. Still no product has been delivered.HealthyPets, EntirelyPets, NaturalPets, and VitaSupply.....all the same overseas company (China??) Don't be an idiot, like me, and join the other unhappy customers who Just Want Their Money Back!

Decent products - Lousy customer service
This company may have some decent products and fairly good pricing; However their customer service STINKS! I received an order I did not recall placing so I wanted to contact the company. My invoice had a customer number on it; however my online account did not show me what my customer number is, so I do not know if it was a duplicate account or what happened. It took over 6 phone calls before someone actually answered. The online chat has never connected to a person. These were attempted during business hours. And I send 4 emails in a weeks span - not one reply, other than an auto reply to the first one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have pulled on us the "IT WAS DELIVERED" game that has been played by them on many other customers per reviews. THERE IS NO AND NEVER WAS A TRACKING NUMBER. I ordered a Vetoquinol Omega Small Dog product that has been sold out everywhere else for months on 10/14/24. I started email chain asking where my order was 2 weeks later when no communication or product was received. This company charged PAYPAL for a product they do not have and did not send as it has been out of stock per manufacturer for many months. Their phone does not work as it does not answer or let you leave voicemail... the prompts do not work. This is obviously intentional.We are in contact with PAYPAL to report fraud. They are aware of this company and its poor performance and are processing our credit!READ OTHER REVIEWS!

Do Not trust this company
I too only give one star since I wanted to give a negative number. I accidentally got into Healthy Pets instead of Purina. My cat can only eat a Hydrolyzed Purina dry food. I placed the order about 2 weeks before Easter, 3/31. I realized my cat was going to run out after Easter and that I never received a confirmation email! I called the company on 3/29 and the man I spoke to asked order questions and asked if my credit card been charged, which I had no idea. He took my number and said I would receive a return call. By some stroke of luck my vets office had a bag to sell me and they normally don't have it on hand. I got that bag and when my cat needed more about a month ago I ordered from Purina. I got home last week and there was the box of the food I wanted in March! No call, nothing, and I'm disputing the bill on my credit card because Healthy Pets won't return my call. DO NOT order from this company or if you're tempted use your credit card! You will never receive confirmation or get a return call!

I received about 20 emails requesting my dog's script for his new heartworm pills (it was on auto refill). I called and spoke with a person, and I still continued to receive emails. I would have expected them to update the case. I sent an email telling them I had to pick up the script and mail it. I emailed when I mailed the script. I did receive the Sentinel though- price was about the same as last year which is a plus!

I bought 2 weeks ago. but they gave me a sale order instead of an invoice. My customers asked me for an invoice. They did not accept the sale order. I sent an e-mail and they didn't return. I called by phone. The customer service kept interrupting me and said that the sale order is a substitute for an invoice. They did not help me. I will return the products. Order SOHP1007299

Terrible customer service
Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

I ordered items over 6 weeks ago but the package was never received. multiple emails to company with no support. they just say that it shipped. when dealing with UPS they indicate that the shipper has to contact them. Shipper is not taking accountability. will not use this merchant again

I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge
