Well, I had a very good experience using them, including a refund for an unwanted, incompatible, part. DSR.Cheap prices for genuine parts, from a genuine Honda dealer, Holdcroft, who trade as online as hondaparts247. In particular, cheap official Honda car mats, that fit exactly, front and back.I phoned them to check they are genuine.
Just bought cabin and engine filters for my CRV. Was nervous when I saw these reviews but happy to find parts arrived very quickly via UPS with regular tracking mails and parts look as described and genuine. Saved £18 compared to Honda dealer! I would use again.
I bought some transmission fluid. I needed it as I had an appointment to have it replaced with a mechanic in 2 weeks. I ordered on the 7th Jan and then I get an e-mail telling me that my order has been cancelled due to myself. I was very puzzled. I had to go out of my way to try and find the same fluid before my mechanic appointment which I may now have to re-book another day thanks to this company. I get a random e-mail that does not even match the same domain name so I ignored it as spam mail is everywhere. The email did not contain anything that identified the company. The email was "Hi Can you confirm your address looks like a bit is missing offThanks"This clearly did not shout authentic. The email address would be expected to look like @hondaparts247.com. The email domain came from @holdcroft.com.Image links were broken and did not even explain where this email came from. Please avoid. I wasted time on a company that I thought was going to supply parts that I paid for. I was told the address is missing some stuff.... No, that is my address. I checked and even typed my address into google maps. Something that is simple and can be done in moments. Clearly this was a cover up for not having the product in stock. Its quite a old trick in the book.
Really pleased with the service I get from hondaparts247.Certainly the best prices for genuine Honda parts and always quickly delivered with reasonable carriage charges.I always get the exact parts I've ordered and never had a problem. And if I've ever contacted them the communication is always good, so I'm a happy customer.

AVOID!!! Awfull service, ordered service kit for my 2011 HONDA Insight ,(Engine oil, CVT oil, oil filter, polen filter and air filter, their delivery company left my parcel with one of my "neighbours" which lives 1/4 mile away from my address, and on the opposite side of the road i've contacted the customer service for a refund but they refused saying that they need to locate the parts before they can refund me, so couple of days i've been knocking on strangers doors, in the end i've located my parcel, only to find out that the oil filter is missing and the polen filter is damaged (unusable), so far i've been using COX motor parts , and it seems like i will be using them from now on. Would not recommend. Awful service, awful customer service. AVOID!!!
Brilliant UK website for genuine Honda parts at great prices.If the parts required are not listed you can e-mail them your requirements & they will respond very quickly & add the item to the website. I ordered servicing items at the best prices with free next day delivery and were duly delivered next day. Highly recommended.
