Extremely disappointing experience.1 purchased credits in December. Due to delayed responses from support and what appeared to be a system malfunction, my credits expired before the issue could be properly addressed. This situation could have been easily avoided if support had responded in a timely and responsible manner.Instead of taking accountability, the responsibility was subtly shifted onto me. There was no meaningful effort to provide a fair resolution, despite the fact that this was clearly not caused by my inaction. What is even more concerning is that the platform appears to operate as a layer over another service rather than having full control over its own system. If that is the case, it would explain why support seems unable to manually restore credits or properly fix account-level issues. If a company cannot independently resolve problems related to purchased credits, customers deserve to know that before paying. The lack of transparency, slow communication, and inability to provide a concrete solution make this service unreliable.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious. If something goes wrong, do not expect prompt or effective support.
I can’t create images when I don’t sign in, but I literally can’t 😭It keeps refreshing me when I try to sign in. 🥲
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was charged $33 for a service that I never knowingly subscribed to, and I am unclear how my credit card details were obtained. This has raised serious concerns for me.As a result, I have initiated a bank dispute against ImagineArt to recover the funds.I also spoke with a representative named Abdullah, who assured me that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, after that conversation, I received no further communication or follow-up.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would advise others to stay away from ImagineArt.
ImagineArt is a very easy-to-use service, and the engines it provides are priced very reasonably, as are the credit package levels! I started out with the free tier and quickly upgraded to the Creator level, and used the service to generate images to accompany the world of a story I am working on.
Absolutely coming up with latest versions of models, upscalers , generators and more, great work flows and more
Complete scam. They managed to get from me 200$ for a service I have never subscribed for. I do not even know how they got my credit card details. Avoid if you can.
Subscribed because Ultimate was advertised as $38/month, clearly presented as the ongoing monthly price. After subscribing, the same plan showed €38, €43, and €51.17 in different places. €43 is before VAT, and €51.17 is the real price after VAT. The only reason my first payment was lower is because of a voucher/discount — and it is never disclosed anywhere (including the receipt) that this discount is one-month only or temporary.A week later, they were advertising the same plan at €33/month.Support (Shahzaib) sent a generic coupon explanation, marked the issue as “resolved” immediately, and stopped responding — without actually resolving anything.Shitty customer support and misleading pricing.
Another, more or less, fake company. They ive 100 credits when loggin in. Trying to make a video cost 78 credits, when start to create appears, they want payment. So fake. Wrong advertising again.
What a bad experience I have with them right now. They "steal" your credits and when you seek answers, all you get are various "people names" to make it look real, but it's actually only chat-bots that answer you with the same bad answer after the other. My warning to all. Think very hard before you commit to their subscriptions. There is no customer service. Thank me now by not subscribing to ImagineArt or face the consequences. Bad experience to say the least. I had a video call with Abdullah who promised to sort out my mess with them, but he vanished in thin air. Stay away from ImagineArt if you don't want to see a dead end.
The best! What I was imagining in my mind that I wanted to see was made with excellent detail in a matter of about 1 minute.
My experience with Imagine Art has been genuinely inspiring. The platform offers an impressive range of AI creative tools that allow artists to experiment, test ideas, and produce high-quality visuals all in one place, without needing to jump between multiple services. What stands out most is the diversity of tools available. From image generation to animation and creative testing, the ecosystem feels broad, flexible, and constantly evolving. It encourages exploration and makes the creative process feel dynamic rather than limited.I also really appreciate the challenges and creative events hosted on the platform. They keep the community engaged, spark new ideas, and push artists to try directions they might not have explored otherwise.Support is another strong point. Whenever questions or technical issues arise, the team responds quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Emma, who has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Having a curator or community manager who communicates so clearly makes a big difference in the overall experience.Overall, Imagine Art feels like an all-in-one creative playground where artists can create, test, animate, and grow, all within a single platform.
Imagine.art is misleading usersUnfortunately, my experience with imagine.art has been extremely negative. The service advertises “unlimited access”, but cancels or severely restricts the subscription the very next day after purchase. During the subscription process, the rules and terms keep changing, and what was promised at the time of payment later turns out to be invalid.Another major issue is credits. They are assigned late or not assigned at all, even though the subscription is active and fully paid. The so-called “priority support” is also misleading:emails receive no response, support requests are ignored, and there is no real customer service.Overall, the service gives the impression that it:misleads users with its subscription termsfails to deliver what was promisedshows no respect for users or their moneyI do not recommend this service. Please be cautious before purchasing.
Where to start, there are just so many tools and options packed into ImagineArt you can spend days just trying and experimenting with them all. I can always end up with the result I was after.
As someone who has been using artificial intelligence for my work for a long time, I believe I am well aware of the quality standards in the industry. Imagineart is one of the most comprehensive and professional platforms I've encountered in my experience. Under one roof, you can meet every kind of artificial intelligence need, from visual creation to video production. If you have serious or professional work involving artificial intelligence tools, you should definitely consider this platform, which offers everything in one place instead of switching between different applications. The user experience and the power of the tools make it one of the best alternatives in the industry.
very good website for creating generative art
Great user experience I love that all the major image engines are in one place - its easy to navigate and use the different functions, easy to add credits and track billing all works seamlessly
Loving this tool!
great aps , many many model that incan test, workflow is great
I requested a refund from Imagine.art over one month ago. Their support team confirmed multiple times that the refund should be processed — but the money never arrived. There has been no resolution, no timeline, and no actual refund, just repeated assurances. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. If a company says a refund will be issued, it should actually happen — not be delayed indefinitely.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend subscribing unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money back.
