Had them do roof 2 and a half yrs ago and they will not work on repairs or give labor on their warranty. Guy that came didn't even have clue as to what to do. Didnt believe me when I told him, would not go on roof, but then i told him adjustor had been out and he called office to see what the repair was. I had sent the manager shane the inovice from insurance co. and low and behold they said, without looking, that the cost would be the exact amount I got. The money was for other items needing repair. When I told Shane that he said well that was unfornuate and then offered to charge me 2200 hundred more dollars to do the repairs! This is not an honest company. When I hired them 2 yrs ago they had a different project manager who worked with me and was civil and replaced the roof. THe new team is a no go. I would not reccommend them. He yelled at the guy here and said, "don't tell her the price. Don't talk price." Well, I was done with them then and there. He had no idea I was standing by the guy and he was on speaker phone.
