JapaneseCarTrade sends email, and includes an unsubscribe link. All fine so far. Then, when you try to unsubscribe the link does NOT work, so you keep getting their emails. I have emailed them, but so far it appears they are not interested.

Scammers, Ordered a car. Tons of ignored messages, no updates, When I got the Documents, I noticed the VIN was different and was shipped a completely different car that I did not buy. Same model but different color and mileage was much higher. Would have to spam call 8-9 times for me to get an answer, when I confronted them about this they told the car did not pass radiation test. How can you ship this car to me without my approval especially since this it not the car I purchased?? I demanded at least a partial refund but all my messages were since ignored. Contacted all the support teams and the sites "certifications" and was never even responded to. Shipper Name is "J & A Trading Corporation" NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

They are proper scammers! People do get into their trap! I found vehicle which is Toyota Century on their website and trader is Traffic CO ltd. They provided me CIF and invoice for that vehicle. After their staff went to check that vehicle said it's in bad condition, oil leak around engine, abnormal noise around right side and rusted underneath. They said this car is not good to buy. I asked full refund on which I got ignored completely. They gave me two options which I pick another one even lower mileage. Said to them can you please provide me more information, photos and history of this vehicle. They said it's good, no rust and great car. No PHOTOS! I asked auction grade list, they gave me. Using it's VIN number or Chassis number I found another sales history where vehicle had XX back door and back panel. I asked them about it and they said it's dent repair only nothing serious. I paid another online company to get me full history for that vehicle. OMG whole back was smashed! 2023 it was involved in serious accident! I sent that to that agent and he replied I don't know anything and we will ship this vehicle to you as we got it! I refuse and they refuse to provide me refund! JUTT Brothers Co Ltd Japan - paid for a Serena 2014 with 65000km and lots of good specs in August 2022. Made sure I queried lots of stuff before paying and I was sent pictures and messages about this vehicle. Hence I paid. However, in December when the unit arrived UK, I was told by my clearing agent that it was a 2013 model and has done 3 times more than the mileage I paid for (153000km). This was without my knowledge. No one from the company called me to ask whether I consented. I expressed my discontentment but they kept on insisting for me to go ahead with this unit and I would get a refund which I agreed.I felt I did not have a choice if I did not do anything and started the registration process. I was promised the refund in February 2023 but we are now end of June nearly. I have sent so many emails and messages. And they have stopped replying to any of my messages. I have asked to speak to the president of the company and they have never given me the number. Their office number advertised always go to their fax. Be careful if you buy as a private client as I only realised after 3rd buy through Japan car trade.com website advertising for these companies. Most of them advertised a unit which you choose and pay for but two of the companies rang me first today that there is an issue with the vehicle and has found a second unit. I was informed this time and as I already paid them and so I do not lose my money I did not have a choice but to accept. However, Jutt brothers swapped to a worse and older unit, higher mileage and not the specs I asked for at all. This was without my consent. I would call this a fraud and I feel cheated. I did not want to believe it as they promised me the refund but now they are not replying to my emails, not picking up my calls, not giving me their manager number it looks like they are frauds and they have cheated me. Worse of the unit was so dirty (not one from a dealer but like just bought on auction and also the front AC is not working. Definitely an unfit not worse the money I paid for. Similar unit are selling 1500-2000 usd cheaper, it is a S-Hybrid model and UK DVLA does not even recognise it as one. I asked for help for both AC and a code requested to me by DVLA to Jutt brothers but as I said they are not replying to me at all. I remember asking Japancartrade.com if they are genuine and trustworthy Co and they said they are premium members. But and a big BUT are they? I have complained to JCT.com about this but they will not do anything apart from passing messages to the company rather than putting pressure on them.They have proven everything contrary to what JCT.com has said. I already paid for freights by RORO but do understand that it was difficult post covid and they sent it by container and I was asked to pay more money for the container shipment in UK when I already paid them. I feel cheated and I have ended up with an older and a unit with not the specs I paid for and more wear and tear to it. Even all the 4 tyres were cracked, ripped and illegal that it did not pass the MOT test here. 153400km compared to 65000km. More chance of something going wrong with it quicker. A non working AC.Please be careful and I would say probably buy unit via auctions with the help of the company agents rather than buying the dealers own unit, which should be clean, checked for not working parts and then sent to you But this is not the case. I did not have a choice but to register the unit as I may be charged if unit stayed for long time at the port and penalised. I have spent enough money to spend any more. I expected to be notified by JUtt brothers Japan if they were sending me a different unit, or if it happened at least the same specs, year or not as high mileage- maybe an extra 10000km but not 2times more than the original unit I paid for(65k km). I was also expecting they would keep their promise of refund after what they did. The sales manager Mr A. S always said “trust me, all is well, don’t worry, all will get sorted” and for me to be patient. You lose trust and patience if they stop replying to you and not answer your calls. I was also expecting Japancartrade.com to help but they have also stopped replying to my queries or help when I submit via their contacts in their website.
