Lezooka is not a trustworthy company…

Lezooka is not a trustworthy company and they will ghost you. They might respond once every 3 months after you send them multiple mails, but their reply will not include your refund. Their last reply to me in Dec 2025 was: "Thank you for reaching out. Your case is currently being managed in full by our Client Relations Department. These requests require a proper review process, and the team is already working on it. You will receive an update directly from them as soon as there is movement on your file. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your case is being treated with priority." Their priority does not have any estimated time of resolution so you'll be stuck there. They have been unable to answer the simple question "when and how am I receiving my refund?" Their usual tactic as I see from other reviews is that, they will ask you to contact them for Resolution after you post a review. But I have been in contact with them already for over a year and I still have no answer on when and how I will receive my refund. Still waiting ... 5 months and counting.

TCPA violations

I've been tracking this company because they keep calling me daily via robocalls. All of my phone numbers are on the national DNC registry. They robocall from a call center in India. The screening agents all have Indian accents. If you ask for the name of the company or the agent's real name, they hang up on you. If you ask them to stop calling they will hang up on you. But the next day you are getting the same calls. If you try to call them back and ask them to put you on their do not call list you discover that they have spoofed their caller-ID. THIS COMPANY IS VIOLATING THE TELEPHONE CONSUMER'S PROTECTION ACT. You can't find a physical address on their website. By searching the LLC records, I've discovered that they are Wyoming LLC. Their address in Wyoming is a PO box store. They have an address in Delaware but it's the same thing. Don't do business with companies that are hiding their ownership and physical address. These people are scammers.

Lezooka can not be trusted

I signed up with Lezooka based on their promise of verified real estate leads. Unfortunately, after working with them, I have not received a single verified lead. Every prospect I contacted had no idea why I was calling and expressed no interest in buying a home. One so-called “lead” turned out to be a hotel front desk, and the person listed as the prospect had never worked there at all. When I raised concerns, my assigned account manager refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor or the sales representative who originally signed me up. That lack of transparency was extremely concerning. After I posted an honest review about my experience, I received a call from Lezooka within minutes. I was told that if I removed the review, they had a verified customer on the line who wanted to set an appointment for Friday. Acting in good faith, I removed the review. On Friday, I called the prospect myself. He stated clearly that he was not interested in buying a house and had never spoken to anyone about buying one. Based on my experience, Lezooka’s claims of providing verified leads are not accurate. The situation raises serious concerns about false advertising and breach of contract. At this point, I am waiting to see whether they will return my money. I would strongly caution any real estate professional to do thorough due diligence before signing up. Based on my experience, Lezooka cannot be trusted.

Warning to Realtors

Warning to Realtors: Lezooka Fails to Honor Refund Guarantee I am a licensed Sales Representative with over 15 years in the industry, and I am posting this to warn fellow realtors to avoid Lezooka. I signed a contract with them that guaranteed 3-5 qualified buyer or seller leads per month. The results were a total failure: Non-existent volume: I consistently received fewer than 3 leads a month, and for several months, I received zero leads. Zero Quality: The leads they did provide were not interested in real estate, rendering my marketing spend useless. Most importantly, Lezooka is now refusing to honor their written money-back guarantee. I was promised a full refund of my $1,200 investment after one year if I wasn't satisfied. It has been four months since I requested my money back. Despite numerous follow-ups with their manager, Stacey, I have been met with nothing but stalling tactics ("case under review"). My deadline of January 31, 2026, has passed, and they have now gone silent. I have officially filed complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario and the BBB. Do not waste your marketing budget here—they do not deliver on their leads, and they do not honor their contracts.

Hi, We do not usually respond at length to public reviews, but this post contains multiple factual inaccuracies and omissions that must be corrected for transparency. 1. Payment amount misrepresented: The amount stated in this review is incorrect. The total paid was $895, not $1,200. This is supported by our billing records. 2. Substantial services were delivered and consumed: During the active service term, the reviewer requested and received 15+ virtual staging projects, each billed at $25 per listing, in accordance with our published terms. All staging requests were: Delivered in full Approved by the client Revised multiple times upon request We maintain email receipts and delivery confirmations for every virtual staging order. 3. Lead delivery and client non-activity: Leads were delivered continuously through our CMS during the service period. However: System logs confirm repeated non-login periods Multiple leads were not contacted in a timely manner No follow-up or performance feedback was provided despite repeated outreach from our team These CMS logs and communication records are retained and auditable. 4. Refund guarantee terms were not met: Our refund guarantee is conditional and time-bound, clearly outlined in the signed agreement. In this case: The refund request was submitted after the service period had already expired The client had already consumed a significant portion of paid services Communication logs confirm that the refund window had passed Accordingly, the request fell outside the scope of the agreement. 5. Escalation and regulatory action Due to the seriousness of the misrepresentations made publicly, we have compiled all supporting documentation including contracts, CMS activity logs, service receipts, and communication history and are preparing a formal submission to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). We reserve all rights to pursue appropriate remedies and take matters of professional conduct seriously. Lezooka stands by its services, contracts, and documented performance. While we regret that this client is dissatisfied, this review does not accurately reflect the services provided, the agreement signed, or the timeline involved. We remain committed to resolving matters based on facts, documentation, and good-faith communication, not public distortion.

Scam

Avoid Lezooka at all costs, as our experience has proven them to be a complete scam that operates on bait-and-switch tactics. While they were initially highly responsive to secure our one-year contract, they quickly became evasive and failed to deliver on their core promise of providing at least three vetted leads per month. Not only did the volume of leads drop significantly, but the quality was abysmal, and it became clear they had stopped vetting them entirely. Despite a clear contractual agreement guaranteeing a full refund after one year if their deliverables were not met, the agency is now ghosting our team and refusing to honor their financial obligations. Do not be fooled by their professional facade; they are a dishonest organization that will take your money and disappear when held accountable.

SCAM SCAM!!!When I initially called to…

SCAM SCAM!!!When I initially called to register, they were always responsive and very professional. My contract was based on receiving 1–2 verified leads per month. However, after being with Lezooka for one year, I did not receive a single verified lead. When I contacted them to cancel the service and request a full refund, they stopped responding to my calls and never returned the money. Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify the facts based strictly on my contract and documented communication. According to the agreement, I was eligible to cancel the service after one year. I submitted my cancellation request via both email and phone starting in November 2025, immediately after my anniversary date. Since then, I have not received any refund, nor any written confirmation of if or when the payment will be processed. Regarding communication, when I call from my registered phone number to request an update, the calls go directly to voicemail and are never returned. However, when I contacted your office using a different phone number, the call was answered immediately. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails from my registered email address without receiving any response. My request is not based on assumptions or public claims, but on the contractual right to cancel after one year and the lack of response or resolution since November 2025. I am simply asking for the refund outlined in the agreement and clear communication regarding the status and timeline. I remain open to resolving this matter directly and transparently.

Lezooka appears to be fraudulent

Lezooka appears to be a fraudulent company. They provide unverified leads. In two cases, the provided lead phone number did not exist. Of course they take their payment upfront and when it's time to issue a refund as per the contract, they do not respond. I advise you to keep your money. Re: Lezooka Response I already contacted you almost 2 weeks ago at the email address you mentioned in your response, asking when my refund will be issued long before this post and there's still no response up to this time. But you were quick to respond this post that was not sent to you. That says a lot.

Never use Lezooka - BEWARE!

The worst company to deal with. I have been with them for over 1 year and they gave bad leads. They say they are verified and they were not. Trying to get the start up fee back like they stated in the contract is a lie. I don’t recommend them. Go with another lead company who provides good service and does not give bogus leads.

Lezooka is a big scam ..

Lezooka is a big scam ... they provide fake leads and will never refund your money that they promise.. they also provide FAKE reviews I have been on this for over 12 months and now and they are not answering my calls for refund ! save your money and time

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was the biggest scam of any referral company we have ever worked with. Their leads were false numbers/not real. I asked for my refund as was guaranteed after the first month of false leads. They would not allow my refund until the year was over and when I followed back up at the end of the year they would deflect, procrastinate and not do anything about it. My contract was over in May and still NO REFUND. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Worst lead generation company

Worst lead generation company. Contacted them multiple times and their response was I have life time membership. They do not do any refunds. Biggest scam company. Especially in Canada
