The owner will try to pretend a rusty ornament is normal for your Christmas table
I bought an advent wreath at a reduced price from their etsy store. When it arrived it turned out to be rusty all around, probably the reason for the reduced price. There was absolutely no mention anywhere in the listing that that is why it would have a reduced price and the pictures showed a brand new wreath with beautiful finish. I contacted them to try and get a replacement and the owner just acted like it was supposed to be like that. That it's supposed to have a rustic feel and that's why it's rusty. I will be in contact with etsy customer support to see if they are able to offer free return postage for a full refund and to report bad behaviour if the owner will not be willing to budge.
