Went to pick up a monstera Thai constellation on sale priced at £80. My husband went to collect one, came back with thrips and poor soil. I’m shocked that this plant was original priced at £600. The seller doesn’t care about plants and literally did not state that there is anything wrong with the plant. There is no transparency. Also Louise is a little off when it comes to customer service.
Louie was amazing so friendly and happy he gave great information about the plants I was looking at: what light they need how to care for them and how fast they will grow, came down to replace a calathea that died, ended up leaving with many beautiful plants.
I have had this experience twice now with them, where they ignore repeated emails, no refund no response nothing. Plant was nothing as shown in the pictures on the website, tiny in size, overwatered and half dead. I e=immediately sent them an email they suggested refund part of the money but it's been a fair few days and nothing. They have now stopped responding to emails. Appalling!
I ordered a plant last year, the stems were mulchy and the plant was over watered it completely dried out/died a few days after. I’ve contacted them so many times but they’ve ignored my emails and my messages on Instagram. Theres absolutely no customer service. It’s a shame because most of the orders have gone without incident. I will never buy from them again.
Beware of this company. I ordered a plant. Confirmation came with "Free Nationwide Delivery (18th January-21st January)", followed by two message stating delivery on 21 Jan. Nothing arrived on the 21st. I rang on 22nd and was told the earliest delivery was 25th. Nothing arrived on the 25th. It arrived on 26th. Company now states "delivery dates are, estimated". This is poor service.
Same experience as others on here. I had ordered 3 plants. One came in a bad condition with broken stems. The customer service phone line is non existent and no one will answer. Their customer service via email is also incredibly slow / non-responsive. Really not the way to run an online business. It took them a week to reply and that was only after I launched a PayPal case. In the end they partially refunded the amount for the broken plant after PayPal said they would force a full refund. I would recommend paying by PayPal to be covered if you want to take a risk with buying from them online. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend buying from them online. The delivery service DPD also don't care and will drop the parcel any which way up.
Awful customer service. Rude staff on the telephone. Issue with a plant, arrived half dead, leaves missing. Two colleagues thought it was a good idea to argue and be rude over the telephone demanding pictures (even though we had sent sufficient photos.) said they were too busy to deal with it right now. Won’t purchase again.
I’m so disappointed after purchasing a plant as a birthday gift for my friend just before Christmas. I bought it from this company because another friend had previously recommended them, which makes their poor customer service even more frustrating. The plant died within a few days of it being delivered. She reached out to them directly and, despite her contacting them within 7 days to seek assistance, they refused to exchange or refund the plant. Since then, she has tried contacting them several times via email and Instagram and they have ignored her completely.
Truly beautiful plants, much better quality than I expected. I ordered a large (90cm tall) calathea ornata which I cant stop looking at because the leaves are so pretty. A golden pothos which when I unravelled it the longest part is about 80cm long!! I also got a free monstera cheese plant with my order too all for £43, amazing value and very happy customer. Also packaged very well
Excellent service, fast and free delivery for London, plants are fairly fair priced (of course higher than the flower market, but fair enough).
